Issues and Resolutions...
Unfortunately, the processing of my order had a few issues, however the management was extremely proactive in addressing the problems and ultimately provided a most satisfactory response. Their handling of the situation turned what could have been a significantly negative experience into one that both regained my trust and kept me as a customer. Kudos to the company and their leadership.
