I’ve already responded with an apology to your previous 1 star review regarding the issue with Royal Mail losing your parcel. I’m not sure why a second review was necessary, as it appears to relate to the same situation, which is unfortunately something outside of our control.

Accrington store absolutely brilliant. I bought a MacBook which shortly after developed a fault , it was no trouble for the store , they sent it away for repair and kept me up to speed through the progress. Nick and Chelsea thank you so much for your professionalism and brilliant customer care . Will definitely recommend you and will definitely buy from CGX again ….5 star service 👍👍👍

My grandson had seen this product wow

My grandson had seen this product and asked if he could have it for Christmas. My husband and I went to collect it after recieving a very polite call from the company.
When we arrived we were greeted by the sales person and he was very professional about the product. My husband and I were thrilled with the courtesy we received.

Best experience yet at the Accrington…

Best experience yet at the Accrington store ,brought an Xbox and was given great customer service by Nick , he was very helpful and explained things properly and I felt more at ease compared to normal.We discussed a price I could afford to repay and he was very cheery and engaging also which was nice , he also took the time to explain the Christmas opening hours too for collecting my item which was nice , thanks Nick! 5*****

Your Middleton store is very good they always help me out and give the best price for my stuff I will only use cgx Middleton now
The staff are also very lovely
I wil tell everyone about you guys
