Ordered something a week ago and apparently it's been with the royal mail for the last 6 days. You'd be quicker going to eBay lack of communication from the store too..

Although the seller advertised free delivery, the item was held by Royal Mail delivery service because the seller did not pay for its delivery. I now have to go pay and collect the item from the local delivery office.

I bought a laptop, only to discover it didn't charge.
I tried several charging cables. I took it to the PV repair shop. A few days later they told me that the port was faulty. However fixing the port won't promise if the battery was dead. I contacted CGX. They said that they wouldn't sell faulty PC. I was offered to return the PC, without a number to create the label. They deleted the link.

I’ve had a half dozen laptops from GCX in the last year. I need them to run just one program for 30 days at a time. Because of this I am usually looking at the bargain end of £30-£40 but this time I wanted one with Windows11 for a second job after the first 30 days and the HP I got for £65 is one of the nicest laptops I’ve had in a long time.

Just received package with used Sennheiser GSX1200 external sound card from CGX and I'm very pleasantly surprised. The description mentions that the unit is used and has some scratches, but I found no flaws. The item looks brand new, works, and looks great. I recommend it and will definitely be visiting their website more often.

I only ever buy gaming products from Ebay so I was a little hesitant at first but my order really exceeded expectations, I purchased a razer controller for my playstation and it was listed as grade b for condition and I was actually surprised at how good it was with barely a few marks on it, the free delivery was a nice touch and i was sent a tracking number when it was despatched, really great experience from start to finish, thank you!
