Started playing CBet.GG last week.

Had my first deposit of 200$ CAD.

Managed to play slots and go up to 800$ CAD. Tried to withdraw, my withdraw was pending for many hours. after 4+ hours I decided to reach out to Support and was told everything was Ok and my withdraw will be processed (as my profile was KYC Approved and fully verified)

After speaking with live chat, i was given a coupon code for 100% deposit bonus, I took trust into the website and decided to deposit another 200$. It gave me 400$ with the 200$ bonus. The 200$ was a bonus that needed 10k CAD wager to be able to withdraw. I was extremely lucky and won the wager with a 4k balance left. Once that was done my withdraw was blocked and was told that their provider for payment was down and to wait 72 hours. (Which i looked everywhere and it seems like this was false and was only to my account) after waiting 72 hours. This morning I tried to login to finally do my withdraw and my account was banned with no further explanations.

I see many people with same issues, those 5 stars are false as they force you and "Pay you" 2$ to set a positive review after talking to live chat.

I have many screenshot with my conversation with Live Chat and video's. Glad I took some proof before getting "banned"

Now they say to wait another 72 hours for their Financial team to review my case.

Funny how now questions asked for deposit, but withdrawal are extremely painful

I won there 400€ after long trying. I tried withdrawal but they canceled me my payment. Now i have to wait another 72 untiel i will be able to place withdrawal again. Customer support told me he cant guarantee thats it will work adter 72 hours. Awesome casino! Awesome service from that rats. They also block me access to live support.

What the hell is this casino? When i have to wait 72 hours until i will be able to place anorher withdrawal requirement?! Noone can guarantee it will work. Lol

After waiting the absurd 72-hour period that CBET Casino requires, I attempted to withdraw my funds again. Unsurprisingly, the withdrawal was canceled after 3 hours, and the money was returned to my account. When I contacted support, they created another ticket and told me I’d have to wait for the security team to get in touch, which could take another 72 hours or even longer.

This is a complete disrespect to their players. I’ve written a strong email to the head of the security department, who previously assured me that my account was verified and there would be no issues. I’m extremely angry, and I will keep this post updated until I receive the funds that are rightfully mine.

Basically They stole my money, I create an account an at the time of the KYC it gets denied, and Im uploading correctly mi ID, they said me to create a new account and I do that and again KYC Denied. The Support team doesnt do anything and lnly send me the same message “Create another account”

In the meanwhile I can whitdraw my money, be careful…

Live chat asks for 5 start reviews upon helping with stupid stuff, that's how they get good trust pilot reviews.

On the other hand, I deposited money and won some... not much, some. Literally below 500 miserable dollars.

When I tried to withdraw, it said action blocked. I contacted live support, and they said I should be contacted by the security department or something like that.

Now, it's been almost a week, and they haven't contacted me. This is a complete scam, it's incredible.

When you go again to the live chat to complaint, they talk with nice words, but say nothing, once you deposit, they already got your money, you wont get any of it back.

Stay away, stay safe.

Please don't trust the reviews. This betting website is absolute scam that would steal your winnings.

After a while I wanted to withdraw my winnings ~ $2600 USDT. The action was blocked and ticket raised to fix this. After 15 days my account is blocked with the following email I got:

Hello,

I hope you are well.

I am contacting you to inform you that your player profile has been investigated for your gaming strategy.

Indeed, we have detected suspicious activity on your account regarding your play pattern.

As a result, your account is now permanently blocked.

Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to use our platform.

The customer support looked booted giving al the same answers all the time. I'm also blocked on the chat so there is no way to reach out to anybody.
