Had a young man come out from this company to install a brand-new kitchen faucet less than a year ago.
Noticed the other day that the faucet that was installed was loose at the base and water had been getting under it. We could not get under the sink to tighten it, so we called them back to see if they could help and how much it would be.
Getting an appointment was quick and easy. We did explain that it was the faucet they had fairly recently installed.
A really kind representative came out to take a look and apologized for the price. He told us to tighten it down would cost $295 an hour. $295 minimum to do something that should have been done right the first time. We are disappointed.
We have been using them for water treatment system and bottled water for years and years. We will be looking for a company to supply our water and filtration needs going forward.
Looking at the reviews for this company on Yelp, installation of a water softener was favorable, but almost all the service notes show negative. We are happy with our water treatment system, but this was put in while it was still Clearwater. I am not sure we would trust them now.
