I suffer from CFS and no doctor or any medication could help me. The CSF Programm with Miguel Bautista help me to understand why my body gives me this symptoms and how I can respond to the symptoms to slowly improve!! I‘m a teenager and I do this program with my mom.

I have tried a few other nervous system reset/brain retraining programs for long COVID and ME/CFS, and while those programs had helpful video modules that taught me the basics, none of them provided the hands on coaching and community support that CFS Recovery has. I joined a few months ago when I had been stuck at about 75% recovered for many months. In that time, I’ve gotten to about 90% recovered, able to work again part time, drive solo for up to 3 hours, enjoy eating out with friends, and even exercising again. I spent five years of long COVID wondering if I’d ever be able to do these things again. The coaches have helped me diminish my fears, respond calmly to lingering symptoms, and learn that I can enjoy my life again. If you’re considering CFS Recovery, my advice would be don’t wait. The sweetest parts of life are on the other side!

In May 2024 in got sick through a bad virus infection. After three months of beeing couch/housebound I spoke to the guys of CFSRecovery and I learned that I was I was suffering from hypersensitivity of the nervous system. It's the root cause for Chronic Fatigue Syndrom, Long Covid or similar illnesses. I've joined the program in september 24 and learned all the foundations behind that condition, received continuous support from the coaches and the community. By learning many tools and receiving personal support, I gradually made progress in my physical, cognitive, and emotional performance.
I have been working full-time again since February 2025. I June I enjoyed a wonderful vacation with hiking and swimming. I am so grateful for all the wisdom and knowledge that the coaches share as part of the program. Everyone had their own CFS story, and in addition to their great work as coaches, they are also wonderful people. I am so happy that I not only have my life back, but also learned so much about how to live a much better and healthier life. Highly recommended!

I normally don’t write reviews on Trustpilot, but CFS recovery is worth it.
My daughter, who is 10 years old, joined CFS recovery (platinum) in February this year. She was at that point couch bound/housebound. She had been sick with CFS for a year and a half, and she had many symptoms.
At CFS recovery we have learned a lot about handling this illness. Our coach is amazing, and I am forever grateful for all her help! She has guided us beautifully through this process, and answered all our questions with insight and wisdom. And we have got a tailored plan every month.
Today Signe is doing so much better. Many of her symptoms are gone. Her life quality is much better. She can do so much more at home. And she’s able to leave the house - go for walks, go on outings, and she’s ready to start going to school for a little bit now.
I highly recommend CFS recovery. They have changed our life.

That program completely changed my life. The setup is really good, the price is absolutely fair for what you good, the theory is good but what's really outstanding are the coaches and the community.

I’ve been in the program for two months, and I’ve already learned so much about recovering from CFS. I’ve experienced significant progress, and I love how the program is organized and delivered. The level of support is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.
I really enjoy the group calls and how well-prepared the mentors are in answering every question. I also deeply appreciate the sense of community within the program and how welcomed everyone made me feel.
I can see that I am improving and learning to trust the process, responding well to everything that comes my way. I look forward to continuing my healing journey and thriver

I have truly never seen a group of people like this and never seen coaches that are this supportive, involved and relevant to guide us in this recovery process. When I joined I was mostly couchbound and even a small walk felt like a lot! Today, 5 month in I can hike for 1h-1h30, go swimming, do tiny musculation session and can spend time with people I love now up to 7 hours (cooking, laughing, walking with them). I although now know how to work on my mindset and this is changing me.
I still have a long way to go but I trust this program!

Helped me turn my life around after 3 years (at that point) with chronic symptoms which then morphed into long covid / cfs symptoms. I had tried everything, but all medical routes and strict pacing only made me worse. Fear was driving everything tenfold. It’s not only changed my symptoms and my function, but the coaches - especially Junior - help work out how you build a better version of yourselves. I am a healthcare professional, and I would absolutely not endorse this if I didn’t believe in it. The coaching team are amazing, I’ve met the best people through the community, and I have seen mind blowing transformations.
I was couchbound for a year before I started this. It took me about 6 months to see any real capacity increase. I could barely stand for longer than 1 minute. Now, I am back at work, caring for my child, working out in the gym, travelling, and excited for my next chapter of life.
Thank you guys.

Over my time in the program, my physical, cognitive, and emotional capacity has noticeably improved. The Academy level, with 2x weekly calls, plus the warm and supportive community, have been the biggest highlights for me. Every coach has been through the condition themselves, so they truly get what we’re going through — and they’re living proof that recovery is possible.
I also really appreciate the month-to-month approach with no long-term commitment. It showed me they’re confident in their program and the results it delivers.
If you’re looking for professional guidance, genuine empathy, and a space where people really understand your journey, I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

The mentors are fantastic. They have gone through chronic fatigue syndrome themselves and have beaten it! They are so empathetic and willing to share endless wisdom as well as giving you specific and tailored advice/plans. I have seen a substantial change in my health over the last 5 months, which is entirely down to understanding what is actually wrong and how to treat it.
Being in a community filled with others who are going through this illness you can lean on is invaluable.

I’ve been in CFS recovery for a little over a year now and it has been the best decision for my recovery from a vaccine injury that left me desperately disabled and couch bound. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, later to find out I also had acute myocarditis from a scar left on my heart. Needless to say, my life was hell after the vaccine and I couldn’t do anything but sit on the couch in pain and suffering.
If it weren’t for this program I wouldn’t have gotten so much of my life back. They use brain retraining strategies to Rewire how the body functions and Rewire it out of illness and into health. After a year of hard work in the program, I can now make myself food, do hobbies I enjoy like sew and garden, move freely around my house, go out shopping whenever I want and my latest feat was a mountain vacation where I hiked, swam and paddle boarded on top of a 4.5hour drive in and terrible sleep. I would say I’m 65-70% recovered and I know it’s possible to fully recover and get my life back.
The coaches in the program are exceptional - I worked with Crista for 1:1s and had group coaching with Crista, Junior and Ariel. This program is life changing and I don’t know where I would be without them.
When I first joined I was scared and skeptical, worried it was a scam and scared of spending money. If you’re scared, just do it, give it a solid effort. There are people who do it just to prove it doesn’t work and then end up recovering.
Join the program, get your life back, it’s a 1000% worth it.

I’m extremely grateful to the CFS/Recovery program which I think is head and shoulders above anything else I’ve seen in this field. The tools are based on valid scientific fact, but what makes it stand out for me is that I’ve been taught practical tools to use over and over again to change my mind set which has brought about major positive changes in my health and in my life. The coaches are amazing and the community of “Thrivers” all support one another as we go through recovering together.

I am getting better through CFS Recovery. The information is understandable and very relevant. It proceeds in a logical manner, and I can re-check anything any time. The coaches are top notch. Each has been through CFS or other similar illness and has actually RECOVERED! That gives me so much hope, as they have been there, done that. They are compassionate, caring, and insightful. I'm so blessed to be a part of CFS Recovery.

I don’t even know where to begin – I owe so much to this program.
I’ve been struggling with CFS for 12 years, and over the past few years, my condition steadily worsened. I saw several doctors, but none of them could tell me what was going on.
In April 2024, I became bedridden and finally received a diagnosis. My doctors still couldn’t help me, so I started working with another program. It helped a little, but I wasn’t seeing real progress.
Then, in December 2024, when I was incredibly desperate, I came across Miguel’s videos on YouTube – and suddenly, everything I had been experiencing started to make sense. I joined the program that very same day.
Through the video materials, the regular calls, and the support of the community, my condition started to improve within just a few weeks. Six months later, I can participate in life again – I can go for 45-minute walks and spend quality time with my children.
I’m not fully there yet, but I’m well on my way – and I’m 100% sure I’ll be symptom-free in a couple of months. For that, I’m deeply grateful to Miguel and the amazing coaches.
This program has truly changed my life.

I remember the day very clearly, I went in to see my specialist and he told me that I had chronic fatigue syndrome, but he did not elaborate a lot on what that meant. I was told to go home do some reading on Google and understand what the condition means and how it affects the body.
I did what was recommended of me, and let’s just say, I was crushed.
I started looking around to see who may be able to help me with this condition so that I could live in optimal life. I found CFS recovery, and a lot of the details that they shared outside of the program made a lot of sense to me.
This program has provided help me to understand why I got CFS and the science behind what is required to get better. However, knowing what to do and how to do it are two very different things. With the support of the coach coaches and the community that is available within CFS recovery, I have been able to significantly improve, and I have been able to slow slowly start to make plans and goals for the future.
Before I started the program, I thought I would be stuck in my house for the rest of my life, and I believe that I may even be forced to sell my home. I don’t believe those things anymore.
If Miguel‘s videos resonate with you, I can assure you, that you’ll be grateful for the program once you see what is available to you and how it will support your recovery.

The program has given me hope again; recovery is possible. The community is extremely helpful, supportive, and encouraging.
I am no longer alone and can share with people who are going through the same thing as me.
I can send messages to the coach to get reassurance when I need it, to get advice, and to have a recovery plan. There is no judgment and a great deal of trust.
Thanks to the program, I have made a lot of progress.
Before joining the academy, I was bedridden (for several months) in the dark, very sensitive to noise, unable to look at any screen or read. Now I can walk outside a little, even in bright sunlight and without sunglasses, I sit up several times a day, I can read a few pages, watch a few minutes of television, and send a few messages to my friends. And I am also less sensitive to noise.
The support of the coaches and the academy plays a very important role in my recovery. I am so grateful to the program and the coaches.

I’ve been struggling with CFS for at least 10 years and some of my symptoms go much further back to when I was a child. Over all that time, I didn’t find anything that really helped me in a sustained way until I came across one of Miguel Bautista’s videos on Youtube 7 months ago. As soon as I heard him talk, I knew he understood what I’ve been struggling with. The more I listened the more confidence I had that his programme could help. I signed up pretty quickly and over the last 7 months of being in the CFS Academy I have felt guided and supported for the first time.
I used to think I was just ‘different’ and needed breaks away from intense situations. Now I know that I’ve been living with dysregulated nervous system and my life now makes sense in a way it didn’t before. Supported by the coaches and the community, I am now expanding in ways that are taking my health (energy, sleep, brain function) further than it’s ever been before.
What’s different about CFS Recovery compared with anything else I’ve paid for to help me resolve chronic fatigue, is that Miguel and his team of outstanding coaches have a depth of knowledge, experience and compassion that is not only inspirational but transformational.
As he and the coaches have all had and recovered from CFS, they totally understand the root causes of all the symptoms and how they are expressed in the body. The information they share with us means that I now know why my different symptoms are there and what they are telling me. They also share this in ways that are genuinely supportive and empowering. This gives me agency to make changes to how I am thinking and to what I am doing that are constructive to my health. The whole community is then recovering in ways that are unique to each person, but based on the same information and knowledge that the coaches share.
There are folks at all levels on the programme – I was never as sick as some people who are bedbound and can tolerate very little stimulation – my chronic fatigue has been higher functioning but grinding on in a way that meant I couldn’t get back into work or exercise or eat more foods. I’m still on that journey, as it’s a slow and complex puzzle to solve, but thanks to this programme I’m finally understanding how the pieces fit together in a way that is building my health.
CFS Recovery very cleverly provides information in all sorts of ways, depending on what folks can tolerate and what speaks to them. I found the weekly calls valuable to give me a chance to ask questions regularly that have opened up my next step. I’ve also had access to high quality one to one coaching on deeper topics. The videos and online community are constant sources of support and guidance too.
CFS took away my confidence and I’m finally getting it back. CFS took away my energy and I’m finally getting it back. CFS gave me brain fog so unmanageable I couldn’t go back to the complex work I used to do – and I’m slowly resolving this. I’m still struggling with limited foods, but I am hopeful this will resolve too. I’m certainly less worried about it.
There are so many teachings that CFS Recovery have given me – that there’s no magic bullet, we have to dig ourselves out, that recovery is about letting go of fear and nudging forwards, it’s about building trust with your own nervous system. I’ve come far in the last 7 months and I’m confident I can go all the way to full recovery. I’ve actually started to talk about recovery rather than having to hide it away from people as I couldn’t explain it. Now I understand exactly why I got chronic fatigue and am putting foundational pieces in place so I come out of it stronger than I’ve ever been, mentally, emotionally and physically.

I’ve been at CFS Recovery School for 3 months now and have noticed a massive improvement in my sleep quality, physical and cognitive abilities. My mind feels much clearer and sharper and I can concentrate for longer. Emotionally, I have moved from feeling numb, depressed and dissociated to feeling a full range of emotions. I’m also finding that I’m able to do more light housework and do short walks outside, when before I was mostly bedbound.
I love the way the lessons are organised, but the thing that’s most helpful for me is being part of a community. Sharing my wins and hearing about others’ wins is really inspiring, and when I feel down, there’s always someone who understands and helps me stay hopeful.

I started this program about 4–5 months ago, completely couch-bound—only able to warm up simple meals and barely shower once a week. Since joining the program, i go on outings, go on walks regularly, take care of myself and can do bigger household chores. I’ve cooked a full meal for the first time in years and today, I took my dog out with me on my walk for the first time in four years.
The coaches are incredibly supportive and understanding. I never felt pressured, and knowing they’ve been through this themselves helped me trust them fully. They genuinely care and make me feel seen—not like just a number.
The community is uplifting and inspiring. When I feel down, reading others’ wins reminds me I’m not alone and gives me the motivation to keep going.
I still have more progress to make, but I’m so thankful for this program and everything it’s given me
