Ultimate scammers
I have been purchasing this service from December 6 to March 3. The feedback score not only didn't improve, but it stayed 100% negative for Shipping and Communication, which I was specifically asking for. This proves that 0 feedbacks were delivered and they are literally stealing money for doing nothing. The support only replied once, and stopped replied when I explained the issue. Now they are ghosting me and I'm receiving no support for a service I paid for months and never received.
They do what they say!
They do what they say. They were more than happy to provide me with screenshot proof that all feedback was delivered. Really great support. I'll be ordering again.
