Not a bad exchange, it's interesting and offers regular promotions and giveaways but it's a really expensive exchange... what I could pay on another exchange 1.5$ per coin Cex somehow wants me to pay 1.65-1.7$ which is ridiculous.

There is no customer service,I been staking Zil over a month Don’t get my real rewards,if you wanna trade for example 0.0082939 BTC the fee is 0.00050000 very high fees no 24/7 chat like they say good site for loosing money I’m sure

Really easy to use interface.
Only things lacking are more alt coins and more currencies, customer support could be faster as well.
Having said that it feels like a very safe and simple platform, so if it has the transactions you need it has everything.

I've had my CEX IO account for many years. The interface has continuously been improving and with the addition of new coins such as COTI and ADA, the platform is expanding to newer heights.

first of all i have to say that this is very active company in giveaway events. they have very easy giveaway tasks to solve. i think they are very trustful in their deposit and withdraw politics...

I been trading with CEX.IO since 2017. User interface is easy and good. However, CEX.IO Customer Support is very bad. They are taking ages to respond and asks us to provide same set information again and again. If I am a new customer i can understand about initial checks. but if you are doing that to existing customer when withdrawal requests are raised that means something not right with the exchange.

I would not recommend this to anyone.
