I have all my verifications done but I can't withdraw my money. They are asking me to verify a card that is not mine and I have never made any transactions, so I can't withdraw any money. This just seems like a scam.
I wrote about my problem a few weeks ago and I haven't received any response.
So I can't deposit money to this exchange at all.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Over the period of several years I deposited small amounts so that I could buy crypto. My total balance now is a little over $2000. This is a lot of money to me as I am retired. I wanted to withdraw my crypto in any way possible; fiat, crypto or whatever. But they wanted proof of my identity by sending a photo of the ORIGINAL debit card I used! It has long since expired or has been lost, I don't remember. Over the period of a couple/few years I have used several debit cards, including my spouse's debit card. We have since separated and CEX is asking me for HER bank statements! I cannot provide them since her and I are not on talking terms. CEX is giving me a runaround and is crooked. So now, after about 1 year and a half, of trying to get my money I am contacting a lawyer to help me. I'm willing to give the lawyer a large chunk of my balance if they can successfully release my funds from this atrocious business. My whole experience has been frustrating beyond belief!

I have been using cex for close to 3…
I have been using cex for close to 3 months now everything seemed okay but yesterday I tried to buy some cryptocurrency and I forgot that my card was locked and the transaction was declined then I went to my bank app and unlocked my card and then I tried another transaction only to find out my account has been frozen I sent them an email to the support and they told me they were looking into my case later on I got them I mean I didn't even get any email but my account was frozen and closed I tried to buy crypto again they said they can no longer offer their services to me I don't understand what did I do to deserve that that should not even happen to anybody why would you close somebody's account for no reason.
Okay I got an email today saying my account is fully functional and also a reply on here saying the same thing.
Thank you for the update but I logged in to the account but still can't do anything. It won't let me buy no crypto.

New upgrade is much better
New upgrade is much better - tights spreads, good liquidity, transparent fees, The spot trading platform is really easy to use and fast. CEX.IO has recently changed the order-books and the liquidity is vastly improved. Spreads are mostly zero on most pairs and there is enough liquidity for my orders. Support, as with any company these days, is a mix of AI and person support. I use it most days, I have no trouble getting my money out. Getting it in is a problem but mostly due to fiat banks blocking crypto and it's the same issue with Coinbase, Kraken and others.

Hi, I have 150k blocked for AML & KYC. I have shown proof everything is ok. I see many are in my situation and some for months. I had an electrocardiogram recently because of so much stress. I have given proof I sold a property to buy my crypto. Get ready to lose your money
I used the service for quite a long time, and everything was fine. Then I decided to leave some of the coins in my cex.io wallet and not touch them. After a while, when I saw that the coins began to grow in price, I hurried to enter the site to sell the coins. However, I was very surprised when I was asked to re-verify. In general, that was not a problem, especially since I changed my place of residence and it was good to update the information. But I was denied verification, without the possibility of re-passing. Support asks for additional documents, but when you try to upload them to the chat, they are immediately deleted. The service has the ability to upload documents on a special page, but there, too, files are immediately deleted. Support stopped responding as soon as I started trying to provide them updated documents, it is also impossible to open a new chat with support. 10 days have passed since the last response from support team, most likely I will never get access to my money. Therefore, just know that no matter how good you are at your business, crypto platform can silently take everything from you, and you will not do anything with them.

Poor support and slow interface
My experience with CEX.com has been frustrating and far from satisfactory. Here are the major issues I faced:
Website Performance: The platform is incredibly slow and unresponsive. Navigating through different sections often results in long loading times, making it difficult to perform quick trades or access critical account information.
Customer Support: The support system is one of the most annoying aspects of CEX.com. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with an actual person via the chat feature. Instead, the chat displays the same repetitive and unhelpful information as their help pages.
Email Support: Trying to reach support through email is equally frustrating. Responses are automated and often direct you back to the chat system, creating a never-ending loop of unproductive interactions.
Overall Experience: Dealing with these issues makes using CEX.com an exhausting and painful process. The lack of efficient customer support and the platform's technical shortcomings significantly detract from its usability.
