This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Ordered 2 framed prints in different dates. None of them arrived. Called the day the first delivery date was due and they told me they were both produced and they’d be dispatched next morning.
Called the morning after and they told me they wouldn’t arrive for Father’s Day.
Called in the afternoon to request a refund and they told me it was a mistake from the person who took the call in the morning and they’d be here on time.
Asked for a cancellation and refund cause at this point I had arranged an alternative present.
They charged me but successfully managed to intercept the parcels. So here I’m having paid them £150 for nothing
As of June 23rd I haven’t received my money back.

I recently printed several of our wedding pictures with CEWE, and I’m honestly amazed by the quality. The resolution is incredible—each photo came out so clear and detailed, much better than I expected! They truly brought our special memories to life.

I did have a small issue using the app to find the right sizes for my frames, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. I’m really happy with the results and can’t wait to print more photos soon. Thank you, CEWE!

The Pleasure of a Photo Book

I made a photo book with photos I took during the first month of my twin granddaughters lives. It came out beautifully. The whole experience was enjoyable and the book was delivered well packaged and promptly. Altogether a great product and service.

Fantastic service.

The cost of your photobooks is far too…

The cost of your photobooks is far too high & you offer no incentives to repeat customers. Very poor!

Travelled to Boots in Kendal to use the…

Travelled to Boots in Kendal to use the cewe instant photo developing machine (50 mile round trip). Loaded up our pics (40 in total £22) just about to confirm my our the machine shut down completely for 20 minutes we didn't know what was happening neither did the Boots members of staff..
Finally loaded up again and started printing, the machine ran out of paper..
A day later looking through our pics to find all of the pictures had been cropped by at least 5mm on all 4 sides of the photo's some missing some important to us information off..I rang Boots customer services who advised me to go back to the store.So off to Kendal again to find out the machine is set up like that and I'd have to edit each pic.
There is NO information about this in or around the machines and there isn't a simple Cewe customer service number.. no happy at all.

Yearly family albums

I'm doing a yearly family albums. I already order few of them.
The program is easy to operate, the photos are in very good quality. The same the cover.
Quite fast delivery from the day of the order.
I highly recommend it.

Lovely memory book

My Photo book turned out great. The Cewe website was easy to navigate and design your own pages. It's hard to visualise though how big the A4 portrait format will look on a small screen and get the font size right. It's a great way to present your best photos.
