Absolute scam, I feel so stupid for ordering but have bought things through FB sellers before with no problems. Address in France, registered in Switzerland, company based in China, website developed in Ireland. Bra size chart is completely inaccurate. Postage took ages, very poor quality product, XXLs I ordered look like they’d fit a 34B bust, so I emailed “Margaret” (unusual name for a Chinese lady) and she said I couldn’t have a return for “hygiene reasons”. I pointed out they hadn’t been tried on so she then told me, after offering 70% off another purchase (pointless as XXL is the largest size) that I couldn’t return them if the “external packaging was opened”. Well of course it was Margaret, it’s not transparent so how would I see that the bras were too small without opening the package? She said I could send them back at my own expense to: Rezilience Sàrl, 6 Rue Charles Perrault, C/o Mehdi Meridja, 42000 Saint Etienne, France.
But - I would only get a refund if the external packaging was not opened. Her emails got more and more rude: “if you’ve opened it, don’t bother”. I’ve raised a case with PayPal as item not as described, not fit for purpose. AVOID.

First time I’ve been sucked in like that. Convincing ad on Facebook. Medium price point for decent looking bras. Great fake reviews on the site. What arrived was poor imitation. No option to return if delivery bag has been opened- not even internal bags! A £67 lesson to be more careful in future.

I should have checked the reviews and the small print. You cannot try on the bra if you think you might want to return it. Good luck looking at the bra and knowing if it will fit you.

Maybe a good fitting bra is good for your health (apparently I will never know). I do know a bad fitting one is bad for the planet though.

Definitely would not recommend.

Product is shocking. Made out of a pair of tights! They refuse to let you return them if you have opened the shipping bag! What a con. Do not be sucked in like I was!

DO NOT BUY - TOTAL SCAM (And I fell for it!) - Not fit for purpose, took over 2 weeks to arrive, poor quality - okay if you have marbles as boobs and x-ray vision to see through the packaging as unable to return any items if shipping packaging has been opened. But they will offer you 70% discount on further s**t if you you want it! Reported to European Consumer Rights and PayPal (for what it's worth) - Fab scam, they now have all our money to set up another one! Live and learn as they say!

DO NOT BUY! I got sucked into the story behind it and brought two. Like the other customers I tried on one and wanted to return the other, as the fit wasn’t great. But was told as soon as you open the SHIPPING BAG you can’t return the item due to hygiene reasons. So how is one supposed to know? Ridiculous!

Ordered three bras from them as looked very good. But it was a mistake, the sizing was wrong. I got in touch with them to say that I tried one and had not opened the other two packets so I could get replacement for the unopened untouched items. But they would not accept this. The lady on the other end of email were also very abrupt and blunt (I told you we won’t accept refunds! when I wasn’t asking for a refund in the first place) . I would not touch this company with a barge pole avoid, avoid avoid!!

Impossible to return anything
Do not use their sizing guide is very bad so you probably won't get a correct fit, then it's impossible to return as once the bag is open they say it's unhygienic to return them.
The adjustable strap ring is too high so sits on your shoulder which isn't comfortable.

I wish I had read up about this company before I decided to purchase. A total SCAM!
My delivery took 3 weeks to arrive and upon delivery, the shipping bag was damaged and the contents exposed. I already had such a poor experience up until this point so contacted Margaret in the Customer service team and also spoke to Sarah - the 'manager' - who advised due to the shipping bag being open that a return and refund would not be possible! However, the website (dubiously) states that the CUSTOMER should not open the shipping bag if they wish to return... Slightly impossible... but in any case - I hadn't opened it - it was damaged in transit. And STILL they refused to accept a return saying that they could not believe me. HA - regardless of the fact they are selling a product that is not fit for purpose - it seems they will make any excuse to avoid returning goods and people's money. And now they are ignoring me. I am opening a claim against them today. I expect with all the impending complaints and chargebacks this company will have their accounts frozen soon, so at least they will stop being able to take people's money. Absolute disgrace - the staff should be ashamed to be working for such a disgusting business.

Terrible experience with this company and I would advise caution before buying. I followed the sizing guide on the website and on trying the item it turned out to be too big. However now I found out that you cannot return the item if the shipping bag has been opened. As the other reviewer mentioned, you have no choice but to open the bag because there is no indication on the label who the shipment is from. Now I am stuck with an item which cost me £24.90 and which I will have to bin.

Absolute con artists. Was suspicious when it took so long to arrive. Bra sizing is way off. Didn’t even need to get it out of the packet to tell it wouldn’t fit. Will be doing a chargeback through bank. DO NOT BUY

It’s not possible to give 0 stars but it’s what Cesarias deserve. The company is based in China, not the UK or Switzerland or wherever they tell you. The bras are not sized correctly so they send you something that of course does not fit. You cannot get your money back because according to them- the moment you open the package - it is unhygienic. There are no peer reviews for their claims. It is a full out scam. DO NOT BUY!!!!!! They should be shut down.

The bra is not as shown in pictures, it is a different shape, offers no support. Their sizing chart is completely out, I ordered a large. Based on their size chart if anything it should have been too big it was WAY too small. Poor quality material, and what they don't make clear when you order is that they wont take returns if you have tried it on, which is crazy, how can you know a bra is right for you if you don't try it on first. Its a complete scam. Steer clear!!!

Angry that I fell for this scam. Totally rubbish product when it eventually arrived. No way would it ever fit. My request for a refund immediately rejected as I'd opened the packet. Money down the drain - I should know better by now. Don't touch it with a barge pole!!!

Absolutely appalling company. I ordered a bra. When it arrived I opened the packaging and tried it on as any normal person would, it doesn’t fit so as I was unable to find any returns advice on the website I contacted the company. They don’t accept returns if you have opened the shipping packaging. This is ludicrous and stinks. At no point do the make this clear and the information is hidden right at the bottom of the “terms of service” page. Do not buy from this company!

Should have read up on this company online instead of trusting their website. This is a scam. Their website presents a nice backstory and claims there are positive reviews but according to scamwatchers the domain was established in August 2023. Considering it took almost two weeks for me to receive the order, I was already very suspicious. I have reported them to Paypal as the items do not match the description.

I didn’t want to give any stars. DO NOT order from this company, it offers shockingly bad customer service. I ordered a bra, when it arrived I could tell just by looking at it it wouldn’t fit. I contacted the company and they refuse any type of return. I hadn’t opened the packet or tried it on. The sizing on the website is useless, the fabric looks thin and cheap, the delivery took weeks. I do not believe their story, I urge you not to buy from Cesarias. I will keep trying to get my money back from them as they have broken the law.

Total SCAM of a so called company. If you open the parcel, you are NOT getting any sort of refund. Issue is, there is NO indication on the outside/label of the packaging where the parcel is from so you have no option but to OPEN it. Its actually quite a savvy way to make money. Buy on a credit card or debit card and do a charge back. Hopefully then they'll get shut down!!!

Would give no stars if I could. The same story as the others. Once you open the packing you can’t return size chart is complete fiction. No where near the right size. DONT BUY FROM THEM. 🤬

Delivery was delayed, and on receiving the bra trying and trying it on it turned out to be way too small despite following websites size guidance and the straps are quite thin to support larger busts comfortably. The company informed me afterwards that once you try the bra on they will not accept any returns or partial refunds for a bra that I cannot wear. This condition is kept well hidden in the website terms of service in tiny writing and not mentioned in the FAQs. Would not buy from again nor recommend to anyone else. On a positive note the material was soft and wireless as stated so at least they were open and honest about something but this company seems as close to being a scam without being illegal.
