Decent Programs, Terrible Customer Service (if you can call it that)

Though the overall software is decent, the customer service is the absolute worst. I would avoid it solely because of that. They only use email and it can take days for them to get back to you. Most of the time, they don't even address the issue or concern. They spew back auto-generated responses that do not help. Sometimes they can't even find your account and you go back and forth for days trying to prove to them you do have an active account you pay for! It's the most ridiculous thing. Any company who has business as clients should have a direct rep for that company or at the very least a phone number. I DO NOT RECOMMEND utilizing Emburse, Nexonia or any of their tools. It's not worth the stress they cause and there are so many better products out there!

This shit sucks

This shit sucks, worst software and the most expensive that I've used to get no where in the business. Watch out for their 90 day cancellation period too. Emailing them back and forth trying to still get it canceled and they say sorry that you've requested this 78 days before your cancellation, you're supposed to email us 90 days before and therefore you have to renew with us again for $3,000 even though I will not be using their shit software, its so outdated, crazy for a billion dollar company. Have some self respect.

I would give this company 0 stars if…

I would give this company 0 stars if that was an option. I have cancelled this for over a year and with multiple emails from them confirming my cancellation. They continue to bill me and charge my cc a monthly fee. It is unethical and unprofessional. Stay as far away from this company.

HORRIBLE company

HORRIBLE company. NO phone number to call and talk to someone, over charged my account for 6 months, does not respond to emails, does not respond to CC fraud charges. Stay away from this company. Their product USED to be decent, now it is sub-par and once you get into their payment system, you can't ever leave.

Absolute horrible customer service

Absolute horrible customer service. Once your account is set up and you pay, you can't ever speak to anyone else except the lackluster CSR people. Would never recommend them. Platform itself is also so basic it doesn't even do all that they claim it does.

Nightmare experience

My organization had a nightmare experience with Emburse certify. We signed a 1-year contract. When we saw the implementation process, we simply gave up. Implementation required us to fill out a huge spreadsheet with all kinds of details about our accounting setup. We just use quickbooks. Our finances are not that complicated.
Customer service was terrible. We kept getting bills even after we cancelled. I opened 8 different tickets before we heard back and got the erroneous bills to stop arriving.
