Have ordered several watches and all…
Have ordered several watches and all needed batteries which could have said may need battery. The LAST watch I ordered was evidently out of stock and another similar watch was substituted. Customer service said I had to pay to ship back to your store. I decided to give the watch away as a gift but I will not buy any more products from Certified watch store.

Every one of the masks that we’ve tried so far have broken as we put them on...one side of the ear strings seems lacking whatever was used to tack them on. We bought a large quantity, too...VERY DISAPPOINTED

The chain was huge and chunky but the photo was a very tiny looking chain, like it was shot from far away. It’s huge and heavy. I would never buy one like this. They totally refused to cover return shipping, even though the ad looks intentionally deceptive. Waste of money.
