Beware of This Scam Website
I recently had a highly disappointing and costly experience with this website, which I now believe to be a scam. Initially, I was led to believe that I would only be charged a nominal fee of 50p for a service. However, this turned out to be a deceptive tactic.
Approximately 40 hours after using their service, I noticed that £39.90 had been taken from my account. This was an unexpected and unauthorized charge. I discovered that this was part of a recurring monthly fee, which I had never knowingly agreed to.
To make matters worse, the automatic transactions continued, and I have now been charged this fee four times, amounting to a total of £159.60. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue by emailing the company, I have not received any response or refund.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and has cost me significantly. I strongly advise others to avoid this website to prevent falling victim to the same scam. Be wary of any hidden fees or unauthorized charges.

Fraudulent company.stay away
Won't even give a one star..stay away from going on this website. When you try their service at the end they ask to pay you for your certificate and few days later £100 pound deducted from my account without my consent from thus website..I had to block my card and had went to bank urgently leaving all my work to get another card..fraudsters company.

So l am hopefully that will not happen to others, but my thanks to the agent that helped me.
My Daughter signed up for the 5 pound iq test, but being 19 years old did not read the fine print. so now we have a monthly bill, my daughter has tried contacting the phone number which was no longer in service, I am contacting my credit card company, but l would prefer that the certified iq people contacted me.

SCAM - received no results, can’t log in, payments taken, terrible customer service
I paid £0.50 for an initial test. The result emailed to me would not open. The login details sent to me did not work. I tried changing password multiple times and still could not login. 2 days later I was automatically charged £39.90 despite never having received anything and not being able to login. Not being able to login meant I couldn’t actually cancel the automatic renewal payment. I have emailed the company multiple times over the past 2 months and also spoken to someone over the phone. They just keep saying “it’s been escalated to another team” but after 63 days of this back and forth I’ve realised this is just a scam company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
EDIT: I received a refund a week or so after I left this review, but my rating remains the same given the details outlined in the original.

edit: make sure people can see that is a subcription for £39.90
instead of a discount of £4(only £0.50)

Scammers - don’t fall for the 50p to get your results nonsense. They take WAY more 2 days later.

Unforeseen Charges.
My partner and I used the test and paid 50p for the results. We had no problem with this, assuming the website was trustworthy. However, my partner was charged £39.90 two days later, and I was charged the same amount a week later, supposedly for a subscription we never knowingly signed up for. When I contacted them, they insisted that we had indeed subscribed to their website and refused to issue a refund. I explained that there was no information about any such subscription on their website. Now, I’m waiting for them to get back to me!

this experience doesn’t deserve any starts what so ever. I have been scammed. Do not do this IQ test it is a big scam. They make you think you are paying 50p for your results but charge you £40 every month and when i spoke to the man on the phone he was incredibly rude and insulted my intelligence. Beware of this scam
I did IQ test twice from this service for which I paid 50p each. I didn't sign up for any subscriptions.There wasn't anything in their website about the subscription and I never expect this as a scam. After a day or two they have taken 39.5 pounds twice from my same account for subscription. So, I lost a total of 79 pounds all of a sudden without any previous notifications or emails. I have sent an email for refund.

Worst service. I think they literally live by robbing people with that scammed monthly subscriptions. I don't see info anywhere about monthly charges. I have been waiting to talk someone for two weeks
I have emailed 10+ times and I get an automated response.
I have called numerous of times and the phone rings out.
Please could I have a refund due to the hidden subscription fee. I did not wish to subscribe to your membership. The fee is not clear (as you of course know) and it is not fair you are taking peoples money.
As a customer I am entitled to a refund. Your customer service is extremely poor. Please could I speak to a someone about this urgently.
