Poor service and certificate COC it's not iCOC with thety provide you can't send this to dvld. They fake company.

Paid £130 for a COC. Didn't arrive so chased them up. No response and phone number has been changed. No response to email, either. Finally arrived and I sent off to DVLA who promptly sent it back as it was not genuine. Checked them out on Companies House and there are lots of companies registered to a little flat over a shop in London. Now claiming as online fraud with my bank.

This site is a scam. I placed my order, got an email through saying it's been confirmed and then nothing happened. The phone number doesn't actually work and I've tried contacting them 4 times with no effect.

Should've checked here first. Oh well - lesson learned, £130 down the drain.

I was given this website by my local main dealer garage, as I need a CoC certificate. The guy that told me the site is a car salesman and IF he had said he doesn't know or "maybe" this site, but he didn't and I took him at his word. Paid 190 UK pounds (that's important) and have waited 3 weeks and no certificate. Tried to contact site and phone numbers do not work as one is a different company and the other is just mobile phone that just is answer phone. Emails not answered and no contact from them. Scam site and luckily I should be able to claim money back from our credit card. Been in touch with my main dealer garage and asked them to next time someone asks to tell them "maybe try this website" or answer honestly by saying they "don't know". I also now have ordered a CoC through the car manufacturer website and the salesman didn't know that they did them - and their price is ONLY 100 UK pounds! What a con website....

Definitely a scam. Watch out!!!!

Unlikely I will get anything as obviously a scam. 90 pounds spent. Lesson learned should have been more vigilant. Beware of this fraudster.

Should have realised when there was no confirmation order number on the screen; then no confirmatory email. Checked on line and the company has two different addresses with the same phone number. When you call the number the call just drops out. Filled in the online contact page and no acknowledgement email. Just another scam that the likes of Google should be able to stop but they don't. Called the bank and they cannot stop the transaction until it has cleared then we have to dispute. That seems well bottom about face. Beware. Scam.

Be careful with this company!

They charged the credit card account, but did not reply any of the emails, phone calls.. This is possibly a scam.

Terrible website - probably fake. Ordered this 10 days ago and now no response to my 2 emails and the phone number doesn't work. Should have tried ringing that first but I'll learn for next time :(
