The certification is terrible
The certification is terrible. My daughter's iPhone screen won't turn on. It's been like this since the beginning of February. I tried to contact Certideal dozens of times and nothing. Too good to be true!
Brief synopsis:
Ordered a premium iPhone 12 on 2nd March;
Estimated shipping date of 11th March;
No shipping update as of 12th March, I emailed Certideal customer care;
Told that the phone was not in stock in my chosen colour (why advertise it for sale then??) and advised to select another colour, which I did;
Promised that phone would be despatched within 24 hours with a fast charging cable as a goodwill gesture;
>24 hours later, no shipping update;
Contacted customer care again and was advised that my phone would be shipped within a week!;
It's been nearly 3 weeks and I still have not received the phone.
I really don't think that I will order from Certideal again.
Also, worth noting that Certideal have just replied to my review (27th March) saying that they have no information about my experience, sounds like a veiled accusation of lying! I wonder if I should send them the numerous emails or screenshots of web chats to remind them of my (very real!) case!!!!!

Do not trust their warranty
Do not trust their warranty - it is fake. My daughters phone is losing battery from full till nothing within hours and I had a new battery installed (not by Certideal) and it was the same. Losing power within hours. And even though i still have a warranty their suggestion is - turn out the phone during the night.... or keep the phone plugged into the charger - Wauh. That is helpfull.

Certideal do not answer any emails and they choose when it is convenient to them to respond to the webchat. I didn’t even get as far as buying an iPhone. Never had such difficulty in giving a retailer money.

Ordered iPhone SE 2022
Ordered iPhone SE 2022. Received iPhone SE 2020. Battery not recognised as not original. The micro and charging port very dirty eventhough i paid for perfect state.
The return not possible as the estimated delivery is much longer than in reality . Messenger, email not responding. You will loose your time!!! And I hope not your money!
