SCAM - Non-genuine battery
I bought a refurbished Iphone but payed for a new genuine (as they say) battery.
The iPhone says the battery is not genuine and because of that doesn't let me check its capacity.
I don't know what kind of battery I have on my phone, I just know that is doesn't last more than 3/4 hours.

Not happy at all
I recently bought an iPhone SE 2020 that I never received. I'm not sure if I will ever get it, even though the website said it would arrive within 6 days. It's been over 10 days since I purchased it on January 6th and I'm really disappointed. It's been an extremely frustrating experience and I'm really sad that this has happened. I'm a tech influencer and I will not place myself in a negative light if I realize that I'm referring to you. If I don't get it soon, I'm going to make sure to post a video review on YouTube so everyone can see how terrible this company is. Not happy at all.
