Following my negative review, I was contacted via a Trustpilot reply by this company stating that they had requested my details through Trustpilot to identify me in their system and would process a refund within a few hours.

This has proven to be completely false and appears to be a tactic to deflect responsibility and give the impression that they are resolving the issue. In reality, it is simply delaying the process in the hope that customers will give up.

At their request, I have provided every piece of information asked for, including: Bank account and card details used for the transactions, Confirmation of all email addresses I have ever used, Exact dates and amounts of payments taken, Screenshots of all relevant transactions

Despite this, they continue to claim they cannot locate my details in their system.

Furthermore, upon checking my account today, they have made another attempt to take funds, which was fortunately blocked. This raises serious concerns.

Based on this experience, and the numerous similar reviews from other customers, this behaviour appears to be fraudulent. This company should be investigated as a matter of urgency.

This complaint is about the free trial subscription my college student son signed up for.
The email used was .

We canceled the service in May 2025, but we've been charged $9.99 weekly since then.

We request:
- Immediate cessation of charges
- Full refund for all unauthorized payments from May 2025 to present

Please address this matter urgently.

This company is a scam. Their 'free trial' is a trap. Once you provide your PayPal or payment info, you're vulnerable to unauthorized charges. Even if you cancel, they'll continue charging you with no way to stop it. Avoid this company at all costs.

I liked Cerebrum more than I expected. I love that it made me focus on small details instead of clicking through on autopilot. It was a nice mental workout and gave me something to think about after. But it was too short and quick. I want more!

I got to test my skills and got the results

Nothing was wrong,the company should just make the certificates downloadable.

Scam site. I just discovered the have taken 349,65 euros from my account although I do not approved that action. Stay away from it. They tell you to do an iq test and then they take your money (9,99 euros every week).

I have been scammed out of £ 209.93 by myIQ.com , they have been taking £29.99 every month since September 2025 out of my bank account ( they are a deceptive organisation making out that to see your test results for just 50p x 2. They were no help at all and didn’t give me back any amount.
If I could, I would give them 0 stars , but there is no option for that. Other users have also had the same experience(seen on Reddit and other forums)with some instances where they charge after you cancelled the subscription
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from this company.

UPDATE: scammers and liars

They have no intention of refunding me!! As you can see in their reply to my review, they said they will give me a full refund which is completely false and it was just for them to look good online. I gave them all the details they asked for to process the refund and they proceeded to say they are having trouble finding my account even though the day prior, they found my account linked to the subscription. They then proceeded to send the same email over and over and brushing over what I said in the email. I even gave them screenshot evidence of the billings. I think it’s impossible to stoop lower than this company and they have the most shady, dodgy practices. Please avoid this site at all costs.

This company is a scam! They charge 0.99 pence, then suddenly I find they have taken 3 x £29.99 from my bank account! I looked at cancel subscription to find out they charge to cancel it aswell! I have contacted my bank to report fraud.

Echoing the comments of others. This is a site that hooks in people via unwittingly signing up for a subscription. This happened with my partner and they’ve taken a number of payments since which we’re trying to claw back.

Avoid this company as an individual.

Just by way of an update, this company appear to be refusing to process the refund they claim to be offering in their response. Thankfully I’m able to edit this post to provide a further update.

I took an iq test in may last year and have just discovered they have took a total of £430 out of my account which I did not approve

They are scammers paid them 99 cent for IQ test they keep charging me 29.99 for what don't use there platform..now they want to charge me to unsubscribe to something I didn't subscribe to..I shall be going to my solicitor I tried to ring them no answer and no stars
