Big improvement for me
When I first started using Cerebral they kept switching providers on me and it got a little annoying. They were all good, but I hated starting over with someone so many times. However, now I’ve had a consistent long-term provider through cerebral and she’s absolutely amazing. Overall, the platform is easy to use, you have a lot of people on your care team, and their doctors are helpful and educated.

Happy with my decision
I was a bit reluctant and even uncertain about this process. My last therapeutic experience lasted 5.5 years but ended when I relocated. Finding a new therapist was extremely daunting for me but I identified someone I felt would suit my needs through Cerebral and our first session was amazing. I’m very hopeful that I’ve landed in the right place.

Easy to use. Appointment availability is much better than trying to see someone through traditional means. Everyone I have dealt with is supportive and the app is super user friendly.

From the start, my dr has always been on my side of making me feel the best i can. We have regular appts every month and anytime i have any concerns she’ll adjust my medications to the ones i need and i greatly appreciate it. I can message her anytime which helps because this is the longest I’ve been medicated and just knowing she’s a message or a video away is one of the most valuable things. Thank you cerebral for bringing a mental health foundation online that’s covered by insurance and is so easily accessible. Thank you a thousand times over.

The first, second, and third time I tried Cerebral
The first time I tried Cerebral, my therapist left the provider after our second session. This would not be an issue, if it weren't for her being the only person in my area. I expressed my concerns and Cerebral told me to wait it out as they continued to charge me for services I couldn't use. I started again a few weeks ago and my new therapist cancelled our appointments, causing me to try my third and final therapist who quit 1/2 way through our first call. I have expressed my concerns, and got nothing but an acknowledgement that I had sent in a concern. I am happy for the people who use and love this provider, but if you have never been to therapy or have concerns with attentiveness and quality of care, I would recommend to keep looking.

My therapist was amazing - I loved every minute of working with her.
The organization on the other hand are rude and ignorant. Their communication sucks and really let down my whole feeling about them as a company.

Jane has been a breath of fresh air. I've been fighting demons most my life and now realizing how bad it truly is and able to have someone who is able to fight back with you, who understands how to fight back makes my recovery a much safer place for me, when I haven't really felt safe in the first place.

Cerebral has been a great fit for me
I was having problems getting my meds adjusted and my PCP suggested I see someone who specialized in mental health medication. My daughter had been using Cerebral and was pleased with the service. So, I decided to give them a try and I have been very pleased. My prescriber is great: very knowledgeable, an attentive listener and extremely helpful. Cerebral has been a great fit for me.

Megan is wonderful
Megan is wonderful. She asks questions to see how things are going and always gives me plenty of room for ask and answer sessions. If I have questions, she has the answers for me. There is no judgment, just the help that I have needed for years and did not have until now. My daughter actually told me about them. I was worried at first about giving my card info out, but insurance pays most of the cost and I pay $30/month. No more crying at the drop of a hat. I can get through my work day without snapping on anyone. This is a great company.

Got a lot more than what I paid for.
I've received consistently outstanding care from Dr. Fehl at Cerebral—far exceeding my expectations. After a decade of seeking help either onsite or even inpatient elsewhere, her insight, strategic planning, and genuinely kind approach finally brought clarity and progress where others couldn’t. Unlike past treatments based solely on my perspective, Dr. Fehl identified key elements (tho I had brought them up) I hadn’t recognized them as something that could be assisted with medically and Dr. Fehl within the Cerebral platform addressed them with expertise and compassion. Truly life-changing.
