I have bought air conditioning tools (manifold gauge set, hoses etc.) from this company since sometime about 2020, I have canceled my last three orders, one last week and two from a couple years ago, at issue; when I checked out with less commonly used brass fittings, they held my order for the back ordering items. A couple years ago, for instance, I waited nearly a month, and then cancelled, this time; I emailed for cancellation after customer service response to my email saying two items subject to ten days back order. I'm hopeful for my refund by tomorrow
