Our first contact was with Donna and we could not have had a better first impression. She is the kindest, most helpful person I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to try and get our internet up and running before the weekend. Turned out we needed an updated router but she made sure that we kept our spot on the schedule to have a tech come out. Jordan was our tech and was immaculately on time and had us up and running in under 30 minutes. From start to finish the customer service was amazing and being a work from home household, internet keeps us functioning. Thank you again!
Thao was great very knowledgeable and professional. Extremely helpful with advice to a current problem I was having with not enough cat5 ports on back of router.
Centric Fiber treated my problem efficiently, and promptly. Their response time was immediate, and they stuck with it until all was solved. I was very impressed.
I had Internet issues, and Connor was fantastic walking me through the steps of trouble shooting. Conner was patient and very understanding and together we addressed the issue. Excellent customer care!
Out of the 8 days I've had Centric Fiber services, 3 days have been without Internet.

Jonathan communicated excellently, very friendly, answered every question I had, set my service up quickly and with ease, and I feel confident I will be ready to go upon move-in. I know if I need anything I will be able to give him a call!
Centric always responds quickly to assist us. They came and helped set up three networks that work with different devices…a dual network, a 2.4Gb network and a 5Gb network.
We have had a MESH unit that will connect with our equipment located on the side of our home.
Thanks Centric for making our lives better!
Very unreliable and constantly having outages. Some outages lasting nearly a whole day. Their App even say that I’m still connected when there’s an outage. They do not compensate for all the outages. I would not get this if you work from home unfortunately I currently don’t have another option in our area.

Jonathan Villegas was quick to call me after submitting an application and took really good care of me and also got me sold on the internet as well. Really great guy you have working for y'all treat him right I'm sure he'll go far!
Ryan was more than helpful; he went out of his way to make sure our Wi-Fi got connected. He was very professional over the phone! He explained the process and said if we had any ongoing issues to please reach out to him.
I called and left a msg w/Cindy Trevino, I also emailed her and didn't get a response back from her. Ryan stepped right in and got my services connected.
Jonathan Villegas was very knowledgeable and gave me a good explanation of all of the services.
Seriously Makenzie was the BEST! She did everything in her power to figure out what the issue was and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. It took 2 weeks due to weather and other factors but she made sure to keep in contact the entire time. Raul was a huge help as well, when they couldn’t get my line activated he gave me his hotspot.
