This company has fantastic service. Every time I call them I am greeted with a friendly voice who is all too happy to help. It's a breath of fresh air after years of dealing with Telstra. Great service and a reasonable product, what more could you want? Also, a bonus is that they are a Wagga business. #supportlocal #supportsmallbusiness

Our experience with John and the team at Central Telecoms thus far has been wonderful. They are accessible, knowledgable and very efficient, the complete opposite to our previous telecoms provider so we are very happy. Their communciation and follow up is very impressive.

John has explained the set up and costs very clearly. I have had no questions which he was unable to answer in our initial meeting.

Our business has been wanting to transfer to Central telecoms for some time, but unfortunately we were locked into a contract with our previous provider. So they stayed in touch, without any pushy sales tactics.... then when the time came that we could switch Nick was fantastic to deal with, always available to answer any questions I had and to allay my nerves when the port day arrived! Definitely a 5 star experience! Highly recommend!

Matt and the team are excellent. The service from first contact to installation was exceptional and always felt up to date. The internet has also been very reliable. Very happy overall and would recommend.

Our experience with Nick and Central Telecoms has been very rewarding for our business. Nick and his team did all the work and the disruption to our business was very minimal.
We were operating our business by mobile phone but as our business grew so did our needs. Nick walked in just at the right time and his package offer was very affordable as well as very suitable to our needs.
When we transitioned over from the major telco Nick and the team on the help desk were quick to fix any bugs and get us on line.
I would highly recommend their product to anyone who wants a good communication package and reliable service.

Central Telecoms have been courteous and responsive at all times as we ported across from a large Telco, which makes a refreshing change. They also acted fast and our installation was done, to our specifications, within our timeframe, their support, when required is excellent. Thank you everyone.

We asked for a quote from Central Telecoms and from the first meeting with staff the process was very hands on dealing with real people.
Moving away from big telco for our business could not have been a smoother or more informed process.
Central gave us a great package that suited our NBN and phone needs. The products supplied for our phones and internet were exactly what we needed and were the result of Central actually listening to what was needed, and backing it up with the right product.
Dealing with Central has been a totally diffrent experience than dealing with big telco.
Central has certainly given us confidence in our phone system. We would struggle to see why any business would want to keep fighting with big telco when a proper alternative is already here.
