We have only just signed up to Central Telecoms, however we are very pleased with the service and support we have received from all staff so far and we have no doubt we’ll continue to be quite satisfied with our dealings with them moving forward. The team are extremely friendly, polite, responsive and always more than happy to help with any queries we have. Definitely 5 out of 5 service so far, highly recommend.

We have been with Central Telecoms for a number of years now and we cannot fault their service. If you are a business looking for a reasonably priced telco provider that will look after you with an urgency that all businesses require when systems are down, definitely try Central Telecom. In my experience they have provided a same day response whether it is dialling in or onsite visit for every service call we have ever made. Highly recommend.

The team at Central Telecoms are a dream to work with. Had our NBN FTTP upgrade completed in just a couple of weeks and Leanne & Graeme were so helpful. Could not recommend this company highly enough.

Beau and the team at Central Telecoms were fantastic from the get go. I was very nervous changing my business' whole internet and phone system over remotely but they made it seamless. We are currently transitioning to a new phone system and NBN through Central Telecoms. To say that I am impressed with the service provided to date is an understatement. Graeme, Josh, Lauchlan, and the team at Central Telecoms have been fantastic. They have responded to any teething issues we have had very promptly and resolved them quickly. They have been so responsive they jumped on an issue we were having on a Sunday and resolved it same day. They undertake to understand how our business works and create a phone and NBN solution to work for the business. At this point, I am confident that we have made the right decision in moving to Central Telecoms.

Our experience with Brigid has been nothing but positive. We had a few hiccups with getting our phone and internet system changed over but she was extremely responsive and helpful (even to the point I'm pretty sure she was emailing me the day before her wedding)! A big thank you to Lachie as well for being so patient and kind while getting everything set up for us.

The transfer and installation from Central Telecoms was extremely easy with no disruptions to our business. The communication and planning was extremely thorough and everyone we dealt with was very helpful.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Central Telecoms and the team for organising our relocation. Normally this type of move comes with a lot of stress and fear of being without phones and internet. Leanne and Brigid had everything ready to go a week before the move to ensure it was seamless and stress free for us. Not once did I have to chase it up because the communications was top notch. Thank you so much. You do not get this type of service from the big telcos. 5 stars!
