my overall experience has been quite frustrating.
I purchased an electric scooter from Central Scooters two months ago, and unfortunately, my overall experience has been quite frustrating.
The delivery of the scooter was significantly delayed, and communication from the company was poor. I had to reach out to them multiple times, only to receive unclear information about the delivery date. This lack of transparency was quite disappointing.
After a month of waiting and constant follow-ups due to two delays, I finally received my scooter. However, the challenges did not end there. When I booked a maintenance check 1000 km later, the scooter was picked up promptly on Monday evening. I was initially informed that I would get my vehicle back in five days.
However, when I called them on Saturday to confirm the delivery appointment, I was surprised to learn that it wasn't possible, due to the holidays they were closed on Monday and Tuesday so this unexpected delay meant I would be without my scooter for an additional four days. Merry Christmas everyone :)
I am currently awaiting a call next week, possibly on Wednesday, to schedule the delivery. This extended period without my vehicle, especially during the holidays, is inconvenient, and the lack of compensation for the delay is disappointing.
I hope Central Scooters takes note of these issues and works towards improving their communication and customer service processes to provide a smoother experience for their customers.
