Very disappointing experience.
We needed snow plow parts urgently and placed an order on Sunday. The package didn’t arrive until Thursday, despite shipping from Chicago to Nashville—a shipment that normally takes about two days.
When the box arrived, not all of the parts we ordered were included. I called customer service and spoke with Becky, who said she would transfer me to someone else to assist. At that point, the issue was simple: the order was incorrect and needed to be fixed. Instead of resolving it, we were passed off without a solution.
I don’t need to return partial items for parts that were never sent. I don’t need to be transferred to multiple people. I need the correct parts delivered in a reasonable timeframe—especially during plowing season.
If you’re in a hurry, do not use this company. If you need all the parts you ordered, do not use this company. The lack of accountability and customer service is the real problem here.
We rely on our equipment to work in winter, and we spend money with suppliers who understand that. Because this issue wasn’t corrected, we will not be ordering from them again—and I strongly suggest others consider that before purchasing.
