This was the worse experience we’ve been through with getting carpet. The owner KEN yelled and screamed at us both on 4 phone calls (3 at me 1 @ my husband) because we stopped payment for balance due as our bank said we could. The piece in between the living room and kitchen is messed up and they put back the old transition wood piece. It looks horrible. We tried to talk to Ken. He’s a bully. Insisted on coming that day to fix carpet with 2 other men. That’s when I called my husband. I was woken up @ 7:01 am by this man. How can you work something out when being treated so disrespectful? I told him we will pay you. His worker came back & supposedly cleaned up the mess he made out front. I didn’t check but I should have. They also left dirt & fibers in 3 bedrooms & bathroom that I had to clean They broke our $200 tv stand left a hole in the living room wall Put trim down that I had no choice as worker said this is better trim. I left a message & messaged him thru his website. He said I didn’t . Yes I did. Then came the threatening emails. Putting a lien on our house. I took pictures of everything. Lindsay his wife I suppose is a bully also. We are deducting the tv stand and the amount to cancel the check. I first said When the Governor lifts the ban you can come back but then the emails came so we said forget them reporting to BBB Ken said to me He’s been in business for 40 years (Website says 35) and never had a complaint. Oh sure!! He’s a liar and when I called him after his one worker took his 6-7 cigarette break the worker said he was sorry but when he’s nervous he smokes a lot. What should have taken 3-4 hours took 6 hours and 15 minutes or so. DO NOT GET CARPET FROM THESE PEOPLE. Wasn’t going to leave a review but thought others should know. His website raves about how wonderful they are. What goes around comes around. Period.
