Software has a bug and they ask money to help you out
Their software has a bug and when I click the "password recovery" button I get an irrelevant email that cannot be used to recovery the password. I cannot manage many radio stations. I contacted Centova and more specifically I chatted with Roger, who asked me TO PURCHASE a support packet (about $90) to get their help. I thought he didn't understand my query, sent another message and he re-answered reiterating his position and telling me not to replay again regarding this matter!!! Can you believe? A basic feature does not work (it's a main basic feature I already paid for while buying your software) and instead of apologizing and helping me To Get access to our many radio stations (a big problem involving economical damages) they ask for money. By the way, I am their customer since 2013... Don't you have your heart or soul telling you that this is wrong? Try to take care of your customers, because no business can afford to let them go and act like that... It's also a proof of professionalism and knowing basics of business.
