I received very quick support for the reported issues

Ok fine, I'll admit I was WRONG about cheap hosting
Sooo I manage a bunch of websites for small biz clients (like 8 of them) and was getting ROBBED by my old host. Every renewal = surprise price hike! Found Cenchu and was like "$0.79?? Yeah right, what's the catch?"
Not gonna lie, the catch was migration costs lol. Had to shell out almost $40 to move everything over (while the actual hosting for ALL sites costs me like $18 FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR ). Kinda annoyed at first but whatever.
BUT THEN... holy crap. Sites are actually FASTER now?! I'm a GTMetrix score obsessor (yes i'm a nerd, don't judge) and watching those scores jump was better than christmas morning.

Funniest part was today - site had some weird caching issue. Opened a ticket fully expecting to wait days for a response (i mean c'mon, they're charging less than a gumball for hosting). 5 MINUTES LATER problem solved!!! Like what?!?!
Look, I've been in this game long enough to know when something's too good to be true. But uh... Cenchu is actually legit?? At this point I'm wondering if they're laundering money or something cuz these prices make zero sense with this level of service.

Whatever. Not questioning it. Just enjoying my fat profit margins now. Sorry not sorry to my old host! ✌

I almost don't want to leave this review because I don't want too many people finding out about Cenchu. Moved 3 client sites over as a test 9 months ago, and have since migrated our entire portfolio (22 websites) to them. Support isn't as instant as it used to be but it is good and support techs are friendly and approachable. One can say that they care about you and priorities solving your problems unlike other companies who respond for the sake of making a reply. My only fear is they'll eventually raise prices once they get popular, so I'm hoping this review doesn't get seen by too many people.

Just realized I never left a review for these guys. Been using Cenchu since Jan 2022. I'm not super technical but whenever I've needed help their support team has been really patient with me. Just renewed for another year and the price hasn't changed. So far so good.

Honestly didn't expect much for this price point. Everything running smoothly and support guys are friendly. So far, it is good.

This is a good service. It was cheap. I don´t know if they can keep those good prices. I have been using their Shared Hosting for a couple of years, but I really do recommend it

The Cenchu support tech was helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. Not much to complain about.

I just had a small issue that was baffling me for quite a while, I reached out to the guys at Cenchu and within an hour my issue was fully resolved.

I recently switched from a long term hosting provider to Cenchu and the support guys did the site transfer, flawlessly.

So very happy that I found these guys, I have 4 sites with Cenchu and it's such a comfort to know that I'm with a great hosting company.

I signed up for Premium ● 10GB SSD Space ● Unlimited Hosted Domains & Bandwidth this week and have migrated three websites across so far. Activation was instant and the server power & speed for the price is above and beyond expectation. The support team have also assisted with a few glitches during migration and all three sites are online and operating well. Highly recommended.

Cheap, reliable, and good service! I highly recommend this platform for every webmaster seeking to host their business. Yeah their support is kinda slow and I do understand the office hour that they need to follow when it comes to their job, there is no perfect business but still, they have support who can guarantee that will help each of their customers. One thing is for sure if you want a cheap, supportive hosting platform. This is a perfect platform for you, but if you have no patience at all, then find another service that will provide your needs. For me, this is top-notch and best. And oh I've been using their service for almost a year, and will resub on my subscription plan.

The technical team solved my problems, improved communication to the next level. I never expected this turnaround. Happy to be their customer. I was having some latency problems due to their Singapore server, but there was no vacancy in their Pune server, they promptly offered a refund. I will remember this punctuality, and wait for the time I can get hosting at their Pune server. That is the reason of my upgrading to FOUR STARS.

My project didn't work but was my fault but the service was excellent and great support

Recently purchased cloud hosting with Cenchu.
So far the experience has all been very positive with three issues requiring support tickets handled very promptly and rectifying the issues.
Would support other users who have also had good experiences with the support team.
So far has been a positive experience using Cenchu services.

Cenchu hosting is good and reliable service.

Insanely good value for money.
Support team resolve issues within 24hours 100% of the time.
Such an underrated gem of a company.

First of all, there is NO support. Except for sharing their IP address, the company did not answer ANY of my queries, for TWO FULL DAYS.
I can understand that low-cost hosting has limitations, but this type of behavior won't help to grow.
Its the initial hiccups that trouble newbies, and that's where support is needed. Cenchu.net failed on support, badly. The one-star is for their low-cost hosting.

The Cenchu support team is great to work with and truly understands the customer needs when resolving site development issues.
