the customer service is through the actual roof!!!! they gave me a coupon code even though they didnt have to and i finally picked up my dream hoodie (the Lobotomy one) and its just fabulous. Amazing quality materials and super soft, also true to size! I believe i got a medium, i prefer larger though so next time i'm def getting a large!!! Delivery was fast and easy considering how far it had to travel to Cali but it was great!!! Thanks again for everything Cemetary Crypt,, love you guys!!!!

The hoodie is amazing, customer support also absolutely top tier, but if you order from Poland, expect to pay additionally for customs. In my case it was a small amount ( 11zł),so I didn't mind.

Regarding the customs charge, this only occurred because your order was modified after being placed. As we needed to change the hoodie, the original shipment had to be cancelled and reprocessed, which removed the initial customs handling on that shipment.
This is not something that typically happens and would not occur on standard orders without changes after dispatch.
