Always speedy delivery and a great range of products.
I do not, however, quite understand the manner of shipping. This order was packed in two parcels, where one cardboard box held sewing thread only.

It took 12 days from order was shipped to delivery.
I am not amused.☹️

Over all the order was perfect. Good and quick service clear instructions on the website. Good quality products.

The only downside I have is that I used a size table to order a shirt that ended up being to small. Fortunately return and ordering a size bigger was very easy.

The ren dresses were very well made. The only downcheck was the length of time it took to get them. The S/M definitely fits those size ranges with the adjustable lacings on the side.

so i ordered my package at the end of december and it said that what i ordered would take two weeks to arrive but if i track the package it says that it has already been sent back to sender. and it happened on January 8, it says. and the reason why they sent the package back was that I never picked it up, but I was never told that my package arrived and they were in a town 5 miles from where I live, even though I wrote on the website that I would receive my package home to me

Don't buy if from the UK they will expect you to pay almost £50 onto what you already paid because they only use ups and they have a co.uk but the company is Dutch if you ask for a refund that will take almost a month best advice use southern swords same items pretty much but better prices and they sharpen the items for a fee don't use this company its a joke

The item itself was excellent, however GLS delivery service damaged the package and never contacted me about delivery or left a note after delivery attempt.

waited a full month, no package.
and no email with track and trace.
wrote to their support, whom told me "missing items from supplier, will send items within 2 days"
still no email with track and trace.
this was a lie, as a week pass by, still no package.

2nd contact with support informs my order is "stuck in -ready for shipment-"

they ask if i still want the full refund i requested or if they should redo the order and send it.
i request in written form, i still want a full refund.
6 days later i recive a mail with shipping order, as they send out the package anyway.
the track and trace link in the mail also didnt work.
proving even more inkompetence .

what i didnt order was Frustration, lies, deception, inkompetence, disregard and utter lack of service.

yes i recived my package 8 weeks later, dispite confirming to them i wanted a refund instead.

and so i give them a 1 star review, one they rightfully earned, thanks to my personel experience of zero service deliverd.

The product itself is very good, but I was very dissapointed because nobody contact me that part of the order can't be sent. My husband needed the jacket and pants for a event but because of delay, he had to wear old garments.

Ordered some Landsknecht trousers, pirate style shirt and a waistcoat, all decent quality but a little stiff (probably be fine after a wash). I ended up having to return as they were all quite big so I would recommend going a size down if in between sizes.

Staff were always friendly and helpful, assisted me with advice in sizing and in sorting out a return that UPS had messed up multiple times, even extending the return window due to this.

The only downside really was the returns cost after having it shipped as I ended up being £30 down. Would recommend if you're after some higher quality fancy dress clothing or starting out in larp but just double check the measurements.

They use a .co.uk domain name and at no point during the order process did I see any information to say that the items would be coming from outside the UK. When the courier tried to deliver I was hit with a charge of over £40 on top of an order value of £160 which was supposed to have free delivery. There is a FAQ reference tucked away, but nothing during the order process which makes you aware that this is not a UK company (despite the .co.uk address) and you'll be hit with significant extra costs

Will recommend then greatly and will purchase many things from here in the future.

Fast delivery, well packaged and properly oiled.

The items look and feel great. On delivery, one of the two was damaged. The store corrected that with minimum effort from my side, with a return code and a new item. I recommend this store any day <3
