Always receive excellent treatment from Jo. My one quibble is the policy of insisting on forfeiture of treatment fees if cancellation is notified within 24 hours of appointment, regardless of cause. Almost certainly my norovirus symptoms would have infected staff and other customers had I been able to attend an appointment at the end of 2024.

I ordered some Joya shoes that were advertised at point of sale as being delivered the next day. The money was taken from my account. 7 days later and the shoes have not been dispatched and despite two emails I’ve had no response from the company.

Highly recommended Podiatry Clinic

I had to get toe surgery back in early November, and everything couldn’t have gone more smoothly, the the receptionist was lovely and warming, and the podiatrist was a lovely and honest woman, told me everything straight, all of the ins and outs, so I felt really at ease and comforted through the whole process, and the aftercare as well, the was no qualms, I was booked in to check everything was healing as it should, I felt really well cared for, absolutely marvellous service from everyone I had the pleasure to meet

They will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and comfortable. I had a regular visit and pointed out a particular problem with the tip of one of my toes.
The solution was to make a custom cast of my toe (in silicone) to go in my shoe and raise the toe to remove the pressure the toe was under. It worked really well.
