Love everything about Celsius besides being unable to earn celsius tokens because I am a US resident. I know it's not Celsius' fault (its due to US regulations) but it's still something I find unsatisfactory, like I'm missing a key feature of the celsius platform.

App is easy to navigate and use, it is secure and works quite well, however HORRIFIC customer service. I submitted a request from both their website form and support email(a week after another) and after 2 weeks there is no response. Main point of emails was regarding how buying USDC coins seems to be giving less value in EURO and actually losing money to an unknown fee or process. Will update review if it is resolved but if you are looking for a customer centric company this is not for you.

Best platform I have found! The transfers are super fast and the APY earnings are the highest I've seen yet.... especially on Bitcoin! That is the one that counts in my book.

This platform is the best thing since sliced bread. Who would ever think that you could get paid passive income for hodling crypto. It is by far the best Unbanked system there is. Very Easy to navigate and use. All the coin options are a great benefit, too. I am sooo pleased to be a Celsian.

I was approved for a loan but wire transfer hasn’t gone through. Ive been unable to receive a response from customer service if there is a problem.

Best place to diversify crypto assets for the long term

Ridiculously easy to use. No issues with payment and outstanding APY

I generally liked my experience, however there is room for improvement.

1) On coinbase there is a dynamic counter that tallies in real-time the size of your rewards for staked coins. A system that dynamically helps the user anticipate the week's returns would be appreciated. It would also have the benefit of involving the user in your website, as it is, your site is very passive and the user has no motive to do anything but pop in once a week.

2) The graphing options are very minimalist. I would appreciate some more options for tracking individual assets, aggregate of all assets held, all assets AND the aggregate, and so on. Binance has extensive options for graphing and data analysis.

At the moment your graphing resources are not actually all that useful beyond satisfying the requirement of having a graph in the first place

3) Related to #2... I would like the ability to examine the graphs for other coins I might not actually own. Coinbase has the ability to do so with all supported coins. I am very new to your system, but it seems there is no similar provision on celsius. It would allow me to make more informed decisions without relying on other websites for my data, and encourage users to keep their funds on celsius.

4) I tried to log in the day you launched Cardano. I was unable to transfer immediately, even though Cardano was taken down from your upcoming coins section. I would appreciate some kind of timer or indicator for when you plan on having functionalities like that enabled.

Your Customer Service is awful. No live support. Live chat is a useless robot.
My written question or requests are responded after a prolonged delay, at times as long as a week. Are You serious? Do you think new customers who may enter the crypto world tolerate that? When they are used to prompt service 24/7
