They are selling stolen phones!

They are selling stolen phones!

I bought a mobile phone from them brand new S25 plus. Four months later I dont have any network. I called Telstra, they informed me that the device has been reported stolen and the rightful owner has blocked the IMEI.
The expense and inconvenience not having a phone and network they have caused me!

I sent them the phone back for a refund.
They are delaying the refund, coming up with different stories. All the the usual scammer behaviour you can imagine.
They are refusing to refund me $1400
They go by a few names and sell on Ebay as well. CellAphone, Cellonline, Cellonline.com.au Pacific Force PTY LTD

Quoting Telstra below

"Yes, the seller has sold the theft device to you, we have a report of fraud on the device by the device owner who has blocked the IMEI of the device so, please return the device and purchase the new mobile"
