Written by the company

Cellar Atlas is a small online wine business based in Rotterdam, founded in 2025. We focus on carefully selected wines from small and medium producers. Every wine in our portfolio is personally tasted and chosen by us — if we wouldn’t drink it ourselves, we don’t sell it. We buy in small batches and work directly with winemakers to build long-term relationships rather than chase trends. Our goal is to offer high-quality, character-driven wines at a fair price — wines you can open with friends or keep in your cellar. We are online-only and deliver across the Netherlands, with personal local delivery around Rotterdam.

Very decent and not-that-basic wines for a good price

I've already ordered wine here several times and have always enjoyed discovering each and every new bottle. They are very decent wines at a reasonable price, and much more interesting and different from the standard wines found in most supermarkets.

These wineries are also not represented by local wine shops, so they're definitely hidden gems, at least in the Dutch wine market.

I like that the business itself is very passionate about what they do, and the selection seems to be made very thoughtfully, essentially every wine is exceptional, there is no hit-or-miss at all.

Perfect delivery

I ordered wine from the store the purchase was easy and wine was delivered to my house next day by the owners because I live in The Hague. The wine was well packed and I even received a tote bag as a gift. The wine was great and everyone enjoyed it.
