The bottles are NOT the size they are supposed to be. The 1 liter one is probably around 450ml. I have checked and compared them all. This is horrible, to cheat your customers with false advertising.

No communication and compensation for the broken shipped package
I have purchased a mirror on the website at July 4th. Then I picked up the product and open it seeing it completely broken. I contacted customer service 31st July. They bothered to reply on August 14th(two weeks later)
They said they will send a new one asap. But it did not come. Then I contacted them on September 12nd and still waitin for an answer. They don’t follow up and compensate the loss in time. In long story short, stay away from Celis.

Delivery went terrible.. I received email after 1 week that delivery is going to be late, after 10 days of this message i send them email that i want my money back because it is not delivered as promised plus there has been no further information on it then suddenly right after 2 hours I received email from posten that they have deliver the product..
This is bad…!!

I ordered on 4/6.2023 and I was traveling on 21/6-2023 I were to get my delivery after 5days. I did not. I tried to call them send them email they did not. It was hard to get in contact with them. The package came after I left for holiday and I have paid for the staff. Very bad service
