Liars

When i was with them, they were AFT. I left 4 months ago and was promised my commissions after 3 months. They are actively ignoring me on email and on their Facebook page.
They are in massive drawdown and not to be trusted

I would not recommend.

As a company they really need to look at how to utilise customer service, if a customer is negative in their app they tend to poke fun at them or delete the text to avoid opening other customers eyes to different points of view. The hedge they are using is not hedging, for 6 weeks now my equity has stayed the same, but trades are being made to cover CTT with fees to keep their business going. Only a few of us seem to have insight to this as some are blinded by their increased balance. Overall I would not recommend their shoddy view of how to run a business.

They have almost blown my account and their customer service is awful

Account is on its way to getting blown after over five weeks of a huge drawdown they allow to get bigger.

You ask what is going on after you see so many opportunities to resolve it but you are told to just blindly trust them or have faith.

There has been another random trade that opened and closed loosing more money but no answerers as to what happened.

If you ask any questions you just get treated like a burden but are expected to keep quiet and keep on paying them.

The website looks great, but drill down and you realise it is a totally faceless company - try and find out who it’s run by and see how far you get.

The system made great profits in the past, but what good are these if they are lost because of a badly managed trade.

Lost a lot of money in this service. Poor customer service, poor explanation.

Ok, so I was wooed in with their good returns, and put in significant cash. The first 2 weeks were great, then there was this mess of the USDJPY trade, which in the end was destroyed by their hedge. Someone at CTT forgot to set a stop loss or turn off the hedge, and it ended up being a -25k loss. I pulled my cash out and wore my losses before they destroyed what remaining capital I had left. I think they are asleep at the wheel. Their communications with customers were extremely poor, and there was no attempt to make things right. I closed the account, be wary, If you invest, only do small amounts.

Please do not be fooled by all the…

Please do not be fooled by all the snazzy marketing and corporate looking website of CTT. They are just the same as every other bogus EA profit share service out there (there are only a few that are actually true to their word). They have trapped everyone in this hedged USDJPY situation which pretty much is destined to lose 40% of the account, unless you manage yourself out. Believe me when I say that there is no robot or algorithm managing the hedge (as they say). Simply CTT trying their luck to get out of this mess - but the damage is done. What done it for me was an invite to open ANOTHER Funded account with them to copy EA version 2.0. What a joke! They have already lost us thousands and now they have the cheek to ask for more so they can still make their commission while we suffer with the hedged account and accumulate daily swap charges. I’ve cut my losses and walked away. Please, please do not invest in them or their affiliate company AutoForex who send the invoices if you value your money

Joined ctt around the time they got themselves onto the uj trade 2 weeks ago. I never had a single trade placed as a result. This review is based on my experience to date. Poor customer relations. They only communicate on a community app you install on your phone. You have to get verified to use it and if you say anything negative at all they just outright ban you from the app no warning, no 2nd chances. So then you can see updates about the ea. Their email support takes days to respond to you and their live chat is next to useless. Very poor personal customer/client help. In addition they seem to trade during highly volatile market conditions and are still stuck on the uj trades now after 3 weeks with 50% drawdown. Very risky investing in their ea. Be careful with this one.

They have no clue, staring down the barrel of a gauranteed loss now.

I accept in Forex trading that drawdown is a way of life but these really have no idea how to handle a significant drawdown scenario like there currently is open on a USDJPY trade which went the wrong way big time last week.

I was not concerned too much as they advertise that their EA has an automatic hedging system in place to protect us in times of significant drawdown and when DD hit 40% the hedge trade appeared to mitigate against further loss. However when the price started to recover it did so past the hedge trade opening price at which point the hedge should have been closed to allow the original trades to start accumulating profit. For some reason the hedge was not closed and so the 40% drawdown was essentially locked in. They then opened a SECOND hedge against the original hedge in what I can only describe as a keystone cops move which has compounded the problem and pretty much guaranteed everyone will lose at least a third of our investments. The "automated" hedging function of their EA clearly was non-existant and instead was Celestial themselves being utterly incompetent and clueless as they panicked when they found themselves in a position where they had to deliver on an advertised feature that never existed.

Furthermore despite anyone with an ounce of trading knowledge realising the mess everyone is in, their affiliates are desperately lying through their teeth in their group chat app telling everyone things are under control while on their Facebook page they continue to advertise and attract more people to sign up to their service. I can't decide whether they are being utterly dishonest or completely incompetent but whichever, one is as bad as the other.

Bottom line, I would recommend anyone thinking of investing any of their hard earned with this shower to run and run away fast!

Thumbs up, but not without some risk!

I have been with Celestial TT for 18 months, there was one loss during brexit, but i have made a significant profit doubling my investment and more. Any investment needs careful consideration especially when high returns are offered, but this service has proved reliable and consistent enough to give me a good return.

There have been some blips

There have been some blips. Servers not serving everybody and one bad decision to trade on the Boris took us out of the EU.
100% of investment has been converted to profit. Beats ISA's by a long way.

Been with Celestial since Nov 2018 - Happy Customer!

Been with Celestial since Nov 2018 and grown my investment by over 110%.
There are a lot of dodgy Instagram scammers showing off there riches, a lot of “free” signal players also on telegram and they earn commission on trades No matter of you win or lose.
Celestial’s EA has performed really well. One blip on brexit day but the team went above and beyond the norm in terms of service and have not charged a performance fee until people recovered their loss.
Celestial have now brought on another broker due to slippage encountered with IC Markets servers do the additional capacity could well help reduce those problems going forward.
Approx 10% growth per month is consistently achieved, and on potential risky days, the EA is switched off to reduce the exposure to Any spikes.
All in all, happy with CTT and have so far recommended several friends and family. All of which are in profit in their accounts since they joined. They can’t believe how easy it has been is to make money.

A good friend introduced me in feb this year. Absolutely outstanding results! I am aware of the risks with forex but I trust Celestial completely now and am currently adding funds as fast as i can. Its already returning me half a monthly wage which is a hell of a lot more than my pension will ever do!!

Money for nothing...

I was introduced to this by a trusty friend and I am amazed. We put a small pension fund in it (45k) and the results have enabled us both to retire early! We let it grow for a few months and can now draw an income of between 3 and 4k a month allowing a modest capital growth! Obviously it can be a bit up and down at times but given the recent events, Brexit, Covid 19 etc. etc. I think it is incredibly reliable. I have recently opened another small account and with around 6k and growing, it is returning an average of £1,200 + a month at the moment. I call it 'safe forex'. If you want to make money for doing nothing this is what you are looking for.

I started in December 2019. As has been stated we all took a hit caused by a trade on brexit day. However I'm sure they learned from that and this month I'm now in profit again and delighted. Can say I'm very optimistic about the future! Cheers CTT

I have some major health problems and must rely on others to do the trading for me. I joined just as great times came to an end, and from Feb 2019 times got difficult. Despite that CTT have still managed to maintain consistent growth month on month despite very difficult economic times globally. Definitely good enough for me!
