Placed an order over a month ago, and till today didn’t receive my order! Emailed to customer service and got respond to contact delivery company( which wasn’t easy as well)., and they suggested to contact the seller …. Other emails Celestialia ignored!
Ordered a mini projector off of Celestialia and was unhappy with it. Got in contact via instagram and spoke to a very helpful member of customer service who very kindly offered to refund me so that I can buy something else in time for Christmas. Very pleasant experience, recommend ☺️
