Necklaces took ages to arrive
Necklaces took ages to arrive. Came too late for my daughters who now are sadly away travelling. The necklaces don’t look like they did on the website and we don’t like them. They are not engraved but due to them having letters on them we cannot send back for a refund. Really disappointing and won’t be ordering from this website again. Would not recommend.

The name chains were ordered Christmas eve and I received them 19th January. Considering they are personalised chains I am very impressed. Kept up to date by courier too. The price was amazing! Got a discount from a previous order made by my sister. I have wanted a name chain for a long time and had never seen one that I liked enough until now. I am absolutely delighted with it! This is something I did not want to write and tried endlessly to get some sort of response.
I ordered a chain with birth stone and was delighted to receive a free gift.
The Christmas present never turned up
I understand I ordered late although it stated it would be there in time.When the items arrived few days after Christmas the chain was dull two toned not what I ordered or shown on the website that was a bright gold.
Now I have tried endlessly wrote numerous Emails I received a reply apologies and offered an outcome I accepted a replacement but guess what no reply again and again am shocked at the level of service.
To the reply don’t be silly great customer service shocking reply maybe you check your spam. Work on your after sales it’s the heart of any business.
