If I could give no stars i would. I ordered black friday deal and recieved them on the 29th December and it was supposed to be a gift. The necklace if very low quality and the bracelet was broken. I emailed multiple time and only received a reply when they were delivered and month later!

My nieces LOVED their necklaces! I ordered them as a last minute Christmas gift and got them very quickly.

I got two necklaces on deal buy one get one free. My daughter and her best friend loved necklaces. They look great and seem to be good quality.

Misleading Delivery Times, Late Order, and Poor Communication

My experience was extremely disappointing. The delivery times were only made clear after I placed my order, and despite the confirmation email stating a 2–6 or 6–8 working day window, my order arrived after 11 working days.

Because of this delay, I missed giving 4 necklaces as birthday and Christmas gifts. When I contacted you by email, all I received was an apology and excuses that you were “busy this time of year.” Everyone is busy at Christmas, but if you cannot fulfil Christmas orders, you should not commit to those delivery windows in the first place.

The service did not meet the timeframe promised, the communication felt dismissive, and I’m left extremely upset and disappointed.

I got 2 necklaces one for my daughter and granddaughter very cute and came in lovely little boxes. Lots of lovely pieces easy to order and delivery was quick and hassle free. Will order more items 😊

Really pleased with my 3 necklaces. Delivery was a little slow, but I ordered as a gift to myself in Black Friday sale so didn’t expect quick delivery. Also the email I received afterwards about how to work the extender was a great idea.

Would have given a 5, but when I took it from the box it was badly knotted near the clasp, took me 30 mins to untangle it. Hope my sisters wasn’t the same as I bought her one for her birthday.

Ordered the chain and bracelet for my 15year old daughter for Christmas and she was very happy with the gift. The chain is a good size and the charms are lovely. It says there is a life time guarantee on them for colour change so I’m hoping it’s true as she has not removed it since receiving on the 25th.
