We’re surprised to read this review, particularly as our team has already assisted you with the fit issue and arranged a replacement to try to resolve the problem you experienced.

We completely respect that a particular bra style may not suit everyone. Wider straps, additional hooks and a broader band are intentional features in some of our fuller-support styles, as they are designed to provide greater stability, coverage and support.

That said, describing the product as the “worst bra ever” without mentioning that our team did assist you and provided a replacement does not give the full picture of the experience.

We’re always happy to receive genuine feedback about design preferences, including requests for slimmer straps or fewer hooks, and we will continue passing this kind of feedback to our product team.

We’re concerned to read this, as our customer service team does respond to exchange and replacement requests, and we would want to review exactly what happened in your case before making assumptions.

At the moment, we’re unable to identify the relevant order or support conversation from the initials “K L M” alone. Trustpilot reviews do not always provide enough information for us to match a review to a specific customer account or ticket.

From what you’ve described, you completed the exchange form, received a recommendation from our team and replied to accept it. If you then sent further messages and did not receive a response, we absolutely want to locate that conversation and check what happened with the replacement.

Please respond to our Trustpilot information request with your full name, order number, or the email address used for your purchase so we can identify the correct ticket and review the full communication history.

We’d like to clarify a few points, as our team has been responding to your return request throughout the process.

After you submitted your return, we reviewed the fit issue, offered alternative options, and then provided the standard return information once you confirmed that you wanted a refund instead. When you queried the £9.95 return fee, our team also explained what that fee covers and asked for confirmation before progressing the return.

You subsequently confirmed several times that you wanted to continue with the return, and your prepaid return label request has now been submitted. The label and return instructions will be sent separately once generated.

We completely understand that you would have preferred a faster and more straightforward return process, and we have noted that feedback.

However, it would not be accurate to say that you received no further communication from us after requesting the refund, as our team has been corresponding with you and progressing the return throughout.

We hope the return label reaches you shortly so this can now be completed.

We need to correct one point in your review.

You state that when we requested more information on your previous review, it was “in reality” an attempt to have the review removed. That is not accurate.

When we ask for more information through Trustpilot, it is because the name or details shown on a public review are sometimes not enough for us to identify the corresponding order or customer-service conversation. We need those details so we can investigate what actually happened and respond based on the correct account history.

Whether a review remains published, is reviewed, or is removed is ultimately a matter for Trustpilot and its own platform processes. Asking for identifying information so we can locate a customer does not mean we are trying to suppress criticism.

We are happy to respond to both positive and negative reviews, but we also need enough information to make sure we are responding to the correct customer and the correct order.

We’re disappointed to see this review because it leaves out an important part of what happened.

When the original bras did not fit, our team worked with you over several emails to understand the coverage and support you were looking for. You provided your measurements, shared an example of the type of coverage you wanted, and after reviewing everything, our team recommended the Plus Size Seamless Soft V-Neck Wireless Full Support Jelly Bra in 4XL. You then confirmed that recommendation and asked for both replacements in Black.

Those two replacement bras were then arranged under our Perfect Fit Guarantee, with no need for you to return the original bras.

We completely accept that the replacement may still not have been the right fit for you, and we understand why that would be disappointing. However, it is not accurate to suggest that the Perfect Fit Guarantee was not honoured or that our team simply refused to help.

We also want to address the suggestion that our website is a “scam.” Browser security warnings can arise for a variety of technical reasons and do not, by themselves, establish that a business or website is fraudulent.

You are of course entitled to share your experience and your opinion of the products, but we believe it is important that the full sequence of support provided is also represented fairly.

From what you’ve described, our team has already reviewed the fit issue and the photos you provided, and rather than simply leaving you with bras that didn’t fit, we offered a replacement and suggested alternative styles that we felt may suit you better.

We can also understand why you asked for a specific length measurement before confirming the replacement — particularly after the original size was not suitable.
