Avoid

Cheap plastic rubbish sent from China, not as described on ads. They don't respond to refund and return requests. Avoid.

I found Celery Pets on Facebook

I found Celery Pets on Facebook. I ord red a steam brush for my cats based on the ad. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase the product. It so small, flimsy and doesn't heat the water as it appears in the ad. The product probably cost under a $1 to make. So disappointed.

Bad customer service.Package is not…

Bad customer service.Package is not delivered and delivery company DHL tells to solve it via the seller, stating they should already have coverage for these cases. Celerypets puts it into circles and tell me to solve it via the courier.
This is not acceptable. I don't recommend this website to anyone.

Disappointing Experience with Celery Pets

I was really excited to try Celery Pets for my cat, who sheds a lot. I placed an order with high hopes for the product, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

I never received my order, despite it being confirmed. I reached out to customer support via email for assistance but received no response. After following up on the issue, I finally received a reply directing me to contact USPS directly. However, the USPS team was also unresponsive, leaving me with no resolution.

It’s extremely frustrating, especially after paying for a product I never received. I had hoped for better communication and support from Celery Pets, and sadly, my experience has been far from what I expected.

I would have appreciated a more proactive approach to resolve this issue.

Terrible service

Terrible service! They took my money and never bothered to send the product. They kept telling me I could track which I couldn’t. Terrible customer service and I can’t seem to get my money back.

Do not purchase from these people

Do not purchase from these people. I ordered a cat toy in December and it is now end of February. They blame logistics. I guess I’m out of money because there is no such thing as customer service.

Don’t buy anything from them - poor products & poor customer service

The second I touched the toy it broke. When I got in touch with the company for a refund they tried to negotiate with me on how much to refund me (toy was £10). I asked for a full refund as the toy broke the second I touched it and that clearly the product is faulty. The did not reply or make any refunds. They should close this shop.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!!

We waited for one month for the toy we ordered. It was broken. I contacted customer service which came back to me as a completely different company offering me a partial refund. I told them it was not acceptable but they didn't reply.

Considering they offer pet toys, it is outrageous what they do. The toy I ordered was a mechanical ball. We don't have any use of it because it is quite heavy to roll on its own if it is not working. It was heart-breaking to watch my cat looking at it and looking at me in confusion. Not to mention the money lost and the waiting time. Shame on Celery Pets.

Be aware of this company

Be aware of this company. It’s a SCAM and they will send you broken items. Than you complain, they reply and they stay silent forever. 20€ here 20€ there and they make a lot of money in a dishonest way

Still waiting for over a month states delivered yet on tracking app it’s still floating about I’ve tried reaching out but I just get automated messages from Sophia, I was told it was expedited 🤷‍♀️

I placed an order for my kitty for a toy I truly had high hopes for fun however I’ve been waiting since December 31st I figured at most 2 weeks after 3 i messaged only to be told they were expediting the package yet still no package and getting a response outside of the automated Sophia is a joke I will be contacting my bank I’m if not soon .

Scam

Feels like I scam. I ordered a cat toy 37 days ago and it has not arrived. The tracking shows it got to the UK on 08/01/25 and still nothing. It would clearly be here at this point. I have asked them for a refund and they do not answer to my email. Do not buy anything from this company as you more likely will lose your money.
