I contracted Craig's services to transfer my grandfather after he bequeathed his body to medical science after his death.

Craig took the time to sit and talk with me in a completely neutral environment and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He was truly sympathetic and supportive, both empathetic towards the situation and able to very clearly answer some of the questions I had about the process.

The level of professionalism he showed me was unmatched and I believe I would be hard pressed to find any other funeral director who would provide the same standard of care towards their client and their families. I will most certainly be using him again for future arrangements and plans.

I first met Craig at a networking event and learned more about the service he provides as a celebrant. Two months later, a member of my family passed away, and I recommended Craig to my family. We booked Craig directly, and he helped us in selecting the right funeral director. We much preferred his input on who to use.

Craig was attentive to the needs of everyone, which was difficult and challenging with so many wanting to have an input. The communication was fantastic. The meeting at our home was wonderful, and he even brought biscuits and a few packs of tissues, which was a nice touch.

The service itself was fantastic. Craig really understood the needs of my family and managed to capture the life of my aunty without actually meeting her in person. I cannot recommend Craig enough. His modern, fresh approach to death and how he treats families makes it feel like he was part of the family himself. Thank you so much, Craig!

Craig made the whole process of planning my Mum’s funeral easy. He was gentle, caring and walked us all through it. The service itself reflected my Mum’s life and personality perfectly and was really special. I can’t thank him enough and he gave us a copy of the service afterwards which was beautifully presented. He goes above and beyond and cares deeply about what he does. Thank you Craig.

Craig is warm, personable and hugely efficient. He really captured my Nan's sparkle and kindness, and the tribute he wrote for her was so tender and lovely.
