They helped me get a fan in the heatwave and rang me when the fan came in the next day and also offered to hand deliver as well.

I purchased a TIS MFT PRO+ but nobody was able to tell me if it was under warranty and why the test certificate was 2024 and how do I get this updated and do I have to pay for calibration - this was crazy and I wish I never purchased it.

Change couriers to ones that are reliable and actually deliver on day you/ they set.

Very little used but when needs are urgent, its next day to your door.
Never had an order go wrong, never had a no stock on what I needed

We ordered a portable air con unit
This was delivered on a large pallet
The driver would not help removed and move to front door

We tried to fit unit in allocated location but this did not work
I called the company to arrange a return and was willing to cover the expense
I was told that could not help with a return and that I should call their Harrow Branch

I called their Harrow Branch to arrange a return but they would not help
I was told that I would have to return this large unit myself to the Harrow Branch

As the box was open and the strapping was cut I had to buy equip from Amazon to repack large boxed
I bought the tools and packing materials costing about £60 and have repackaged the large unit do it can be moved to my car to be returned to the Harrow Branch
I plan to ask a friend to help me move the large unit into my car do it can be returned
It is ov 50kilos so hard to lift as I am on my 80,s
Hopefully I can do this on Wednesday 1st of July

This has been a terrible experience and I not be buying anything else from CEF

Good product

I ordered NH01 125A fuses, but I received NH00 125A instead. They are completely different sizes and could not be used. Because of this mistake, I had to place a new order and wait even longer. Please check the items carefully before shipping.

Delivery on Friday was incomplete of critical items so the planned weekend work was disrupted & we were unable to complete the works. Customer was upset & disappointed as were we.

I orded online and collected in my local branch the lads there are spot on polite and knowledgeable and always helpful

I paid for next day delivery, and it didn't arrive... this caused a delay in my job. The website said they were in stock in Warrington... 25 minutes away...but when CEF contacted me (which was good) they were being sent from the south of England. I was told my postal cost would be refunded... no notification as yet!
