Unreliable couriers
Absolute joke.
Advised by branch to order online as it would arrive quicker.
Paid extra for a Saturday delivery.Items did not arrive.Queried this on Monday-said they would sort.
Items never arrived.
Tracking system recorded the parcels 200 miles away in Birmingham.
Got a refund 6 days later-no apologies.
Pathetic service.
