Two lads who served me were really helpful. “The big lad” left his lunch to provide fantastic product information and his colleague did some complicated returns. Massive thanks 🙏

I now have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back. Meantime I have direct debits which will bounce. If I hadn't checked my phone (as I paid with Apple Pay and you get a payment notification), i would have walked out of the stoor nonethewiser.

The branch is a disgrace to customer service.
Came as first customer at 7am to pick up an order, been told our trade Acc has been stoped as it was in debt, called our office to sort it out and after 30 min it was cleared. Came back to store and seen a lot of customers, so asked the guy stacking the shelves to pass the message to the manager who was dealing with my order at the begining, that it all was cleard, but was told he is in meeting and phone call, which was a lie as I could clearly see the manager. So been told to wait in queue, this is now 45 min in store. When I commented about bad customer service, I was called rude and manager had started aggressively shouting at me that I was wrong and all.
Eventually he told me, and he new that from the beginning, that they don't even have any of my items in stock anyway and it has to be ordered. So why I was been told to clear the account and pay for something if they don't even have items that I need for.
Absolutely waste of time, stay clear from this store, very arrogant and rude staff.

Although it did take a while initially to get served, even though the store was quiet, the staff were very helpful and gave good advice, my second visit to pick up the items i ordered was really good, the staff were again helpful and polite.
