Unfortunately, my experience at this location was very disappointing. While the staff at CEF seem friendly, they do not support their own customers when issues arise outside. I was parked legally on a public road for just two minutes when a member of staff from Chadwell Tyre & Auto Ltd (next door) aggressively confronted me simply for being a CEF customer. I was verbally abused, subjected to racist comments, and threatened — all while parked on public road.
What’s even more frustrating is that CEF staff were standing outside, chatting and clearly witnessing the incident, yet chose to do nothing. They said nothing and offered no support, even as I was being harassed for simply parking outside their store.
This kind of behaviour and lack of customer care is completely unacceptable. I will never be returning to that branch again.

Easy ordering (so I was told), easy pickup, decent price.
