I’m absolutely delighted with the service that I received from CEF, I ordered an house alarm battery to replace an old one after it gave up. I went straight to the CEF website and found the battery that I needed at a reasonable price but with the option of having it delivered the very next day which I did now my house alarm is working perfectly and we feel a lot more secure , thank you CEF

Although a on time delivery to site, it is at a Premium Rate!! when a competitor doesn't charge delivery and they are now going to stock the items. I wanted it delivered to the local branch but couldn't get a accurate delivery time when I contacted the local branch.

Rapid delivery, great service

3 times i have been to the new CEF branch in Aintree and 3 times the service as been atrocious,

first time i was stud waiting for some one for a ages to serve me and in the end i went to the glass portion behind the counter and knocked on the glass door that leads into the back office were 3 people were sat at there decks facing me to ask for some one to serve me ,
second time once again i had to wait for ages for some one to come and serve me even though once again there was 4 people sat behind the glass screen looking at me no one came out it was only when a gentleman in a side office came out for something ells was i served , but I was told they didn't sell what i wanted and the one thing they did have they couldn't sell me because the till computer had frozen,
but when i got home and did a web search in my aria for the products i wanted the first company that came up selling them was CEF ,so why didn't the person on the counter say o we don't stock it but we can order it for you ,
so i ordered online for next day delivery but it took 2 days to be delivered ,
so today i went to collect the things i ordered online the person behind the counter was saving someone in from of me but when he had finished serving them he just turned around and went and sat down in the office the other side of the glass screen and to eat his sandwich , i took a photo of this happening .
and once again i had to ask for some one to serve me ,
my time stud waiting to be served is losing me money ,
if i had the same attitude to customer's like CEF has in Aintree i would go out of business

I am a self employed electrician and I have purchased items on many occasions from CEF , Some items I thought were a little bit more expensive than other wholesalers I use but on a few occasions CEF were the only wholesalers who could provide items I needed so on the whole an amazing electrical wholesaler !!

Purchase online with pick up request at Aintree, website OK to use, received confirm of order and delivery detail's.
Prompt & friendly telephone call received from the store when they received my order and confirmed collection.

Excellent service from Mark at the Aintree branch.
Only a small order but but well dealt with.
I thought the 5 pounds and 95 pence delivery was a bit much for something that was out of stock at the shop.

Excellent! Would recommend to anyone.

Staff in store phoned me on arrival.
