All smooth - but how about offering a cheaper delivery option?
I found what I wanted and it was delivered successfully.
I would, however encourage CEF to offer a cheaper delivery service please. The delivery charge was £5.95 plus VAT, which was only 1p more than the compact fluorescent bulb I ordered. Not everything needs a courier delivery and Royal Mail tracked 48, for example would have been cheaper from my experience. I'm giving this 3 stars so it stands out with this comment. Perhaps CEF will take notice!

Cheapest price at the time of purchase DTM52, next day shipping with a good courier. Item was not protected too well inside the carton box but it's Makita, I can understand, and the courier carefully delivered the package in its intact state. It was my first purchase from them and I am very happy so far. Very straightforward.

I wasted 2 days believing my order was coming ( not so)
On Saturday I ordered online, one of 22items stock. I paid and was expecting the delivery on Monday. I heard no more until I rang and was told ‘sorry it’s out of stock’. I wasted 2 days believing I had my item sorted. Fuming
