I own 2 PD Nation 4 Ah batteries and 6 different adapters for the batteries and they perform very well and I'm happy that they are coming out with an 8 Ah version. This setup allows me to use other tool brands without having separate batteries and chargers for each brands which is awesome in my opinion. I'm primarily Makita tools but do own DeWalt and Ryobi and the batteries work very well.

Apparently there was problems with delivery/stock(not sure which one). So my order was cancel but they managed to withdraw the money before realizing this. Which is inappropriate. Now they tell me I can expect to get my money back by 7-30 business days.

Why - very simple: these people are reliable, as well as their products. I tried them first time via Kickstarter, when they announced the universal LiIon 18V batteries and the adaptors for Makita and Milwaukee - both favorite brands in our company. So it is much easier for us to use CEENR batteries that fits almost into all our hand tools - a simple, great and convenient idea. The are handling customer complaints (in our case they were out of stock for our batteries) on time with a minimum of response time, regardless of the time difference (must be about 7- 8 hrs. in advance to Europe). The delivery time for new parts are very short (less than a week) - we will see how long the batteries are lasting - right now we are very satisfied with the overall experience.

I participated in their kickstarter for their new power tool battery line and they met their timelines on fulfillment. Batteries worked as expected and I am happy with the product.

Unfortunately about 6 months later one of the batteries died mysteriously. Ceenr responded fairly quickly to my email and sent me a replacement which arrived within the week, which was a faster turnaround than I expected. There wasn’t much fuss at all either, I simply sent them the basic info along with a video of the problem.

Their handling of this problem was superb and I am happy with the outcome.

Customer service is great. After my battery died within 3 months of buying it, and not using it, there were no quibbles. They just asked for proof of purchase and address and sent a new one. I’ve bought more adapters on the strength of this.

I was an early adopter/buyer with Indiegogo and that was delivered within the expected time frame. Then I had and issue with a milwaukee adapter after a few months of use. I contacted them via email and they replied right away. I just had to send my purchase info, and sent me a replacement adapter. If they make other variations of the PDnation type batteries, I can see myself buying them too.

I got in on Ceenr's Kickstarter and watched as they followed up on results from YouTuber's tests, they adjusted and fine tuned the battery. Then I finally got to use the battery, it's worked perfectly for powering tools, and a small herd of USB devices. The build quality is very solid, and their electrical connections are large and robust. I'm very happy with this portable workhorse of a battery. They're also a very responsive company if you need to contact them.

scam. Bought 4 batteries, and after 4 weeks i have not got anything, they have charged the money, and dont reply to their email.

the product actually worked and the battery was easy to recharge. Time will tell if it does better than the Dewalt batteries.

Indiegogo scammers.

Terrible experience, my package returned to the seller and they say they delivered it to my home

Fit my Dewalt drill and impact just like original.

The battery would not hold charge . In trying to get you to replace the battery the other one stopped holding charge . You sent one battery but never got the other .

Works well and batteries fit Milwaukee. Convenience of having USB-C charging highly useful.

I have ordered a least 12 items so far and all but one has been delivered on time. I'm still waiting on the Ryobi adapter but its a new item and i assumed it would be a little late. Over all I'm happy

I order 4 18v Milwaukee batteries, once they arrived they looked wonderful, however they were to large and did not fit in any standard Milwaukee 18v tool,
Customer Service took care of it quickly and the new batteries fit perfectly and they are performing well!
