I find it unbelievable that I’ve sent two emails to customer service, two DMs, and two comments, and no one is assisting me with my order of over €500, which was shipped 7 days after placing the order (with €25 shipping costs!).

I’ve been a fan of the brand for a long time and finally decided to place my first order, but the customer service is non-existent. For a brand in this price category, this is incredibly disappointing and simply unacceptable.

Defective dress, but customer service refused to take accountability and fix it. Shameful!

The dress I ordered looked NOTHING like the pictures on their website – they'd obviously used pictures from their runway show and were selling a version of the dress that was completely different - the pictures showed a sheer floor length dress with daisy/floral overlay, but the dress I got was lined with opaque fabric, midi-length, and had no daisies. This brand is such an influencer darling, but all their dresses are plastic-y synthetic material. I've been really let down by my experience with them.

I have order 2 Pairs of Shoes, i have payed for 2 Pairs of Shoes but delivered are 1 Pair. And no Answere from the Customer service! Do no Paypal to Cecily Bahnsen!

Awful service - they messed up the delivery which meant a 3 week delay for delivery. They switched to FedEx for delivery which resulted in my paying £90 in taxes on the item which was £200 in value. Both times I complained they were totally unhelpful and signed off all E-Mails with “have a wonderful day”! Despite they were effectively telling me they couldn’t care less. Don’t use them if you want to buy their goods there are other sites you can use. It was like dealing with particularly uncaring cult!

Customer service not responsive, ignoring messages.
Please note that "a higher than usual amount of inquiries" is no excuse for bad customer service. If you expect higher amount of inquiries, HIRE MORE PEOPLE.
E-Commerce is no place to fk around.
